Job Summary: We are seeking a compassionate and articulate Nurse or Medical Practitioner to interact with clients over the phone, address their medical queries, and provide appropriate medication guidance. The role requires excellent communication skills and a strong medical foundation.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Handle inbound and outbound calls from clients regarding health concerns</li><li>Understand symptoms and provide basic medical advice as per protocols</li><li>Guide patients on prescribed medications and usage</li><li>Maintain accurate records of consultations and follow-ups</li><li>Ensure a calm, empathetic, and professional patient experience</li></ul>Eligibility Criteria:<ul><li>Medical background (GNM, BSc Nursing, ANM, MBBS, or relevant qualification)</li><li>Freshers with a medical background are welcome to apply</li><li>Excellent verbal communication skills in English/Hindi (additional languages are a plus)</li><li>Strong listening, problem-solving, and patient-handling skills</li></ul>Candidate Requirement:<ul><li>Only female candidates may apply</li></ul>Preferred Skills:<ul><li>Telephonic consultation or patient interaction skills</li><li>Basic computer knowledge and documentation skills</li></ul>Salary+Incentives will be provided.Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: ₹11,284.59 - ₹25,581.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Health insurance</li><li>Paid sick time</li><li>Paid time off</li><li>Provident Fund</li></ul>Work Location: In person
