Job Description / Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Supervise and manage the daily operations of the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU).</li><li>Ensure high standards of patient care and safety are maintained at all times.</li><li>Monitor and guide the nursing staff in handling critically ill neonates.</li><li>Oversee staff scheduling, duty rosters, and ensure adequate manpower coverage.</li><li>Assist in developing and implementing nursing protocols, policies, and standard operating procedures.</li><li>Coordinate with doctors, pediatricians, and other departments to ensure seamless patient care.</li><li>Conduct training and skill development programs for NICU nursing staff.</li><li>Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient records, reports, and incident logs.</li><li>Ensure infection control practices and NICU hygiene standards are strictly followed.</li><li>Handle audits, inventory, and equipment maintenance related to NICU.</li><li>Report to the Nursing Superintendent / Matron on unit performance and requirements.</li></ul>Key Skills &amp; Attributes:<ul><li>Strong leadership and team management skills</li><li>Excellent communication and coordination ability</li><li>Clinical expertise in neonatal care and critical patient management</li><li>Knowledge of NICU equipment and protocols</li><li>Compassionate, patient-centered approach</li></ul>Qualification:<ul><li>GNM / B.Sc. NICU Staff Nurse Incharge

The Gynecology OPD/IPD Nurse is responsible for providing high-quality nursing care to patients in the Gynecology Outpatient and Inpatient Departments. The role involves assisting doctors during consultations, procedures, and deliveries, monitoring patient conditions, and ensuring a safe, compassionate, and patient-centered environment.Key Responsibilities:Patient Care &amp; Clinical Duties:<ul><li>Assist gynecologists and obstetricians during patient consultations, minor procedures, and examinations.</li><li>Monitor vital signs, maintain patient charts, and report any abnormalities promptly.</li><li>Provide pre- and post-procedure nursing care to patients in OPD and IPD settings.</li><li>Prepare and maintain treatment rooms, ensuring all instruments and equipment are sterilized and ready for use.</li><li>Administer prescribed medications, injections, and IV fluids under physician supervision.</li><li>Support patients during antenatal, postnatal, and gynecological care.</li><li>Maintain strict infection control and safety standards in all nursing activities.</li><li>Provide patient education on reproductive health, hygiene, and post-discharge care.</li></ul>Documentation &amp; Coordination:<ul><li>Accurately record patient histories, nursing notes, and treatment updates.</li><li>Maintain and update patient case sheets, medication records, and reports.</li><li>Coordinate with laboratory, pharmacy, and diagnostic departments for patient investigations and reports.</li><li>Ensure proper handover of patients between shifts.</li></ul>Emergency &amp; IPD Support:<ul><li>Respond promptly to obstetric or gynecological emergencies.</li><li>Prepare patients for delivery, surgery, or procedures and assist as required.</li><li>Provide compassionate bedside care and emotional support to patients and their families.</li><li>Monitor post-operative and post-delivery patients for recovery and complications.</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: &#8377;20,000.00 - &#8377;30,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Health insurance</li><li>Life insurance</li><li>Paid sick time</li><li>Paid time off</li><li>Provident Fund</li></ul>Work Location: In person
