We are seeking a talented and creative Photographer to join our marketing team at Belmont Hotels &amp; Resorts. This role will primarily focus on capturing high-quality images of our properties, including guest rooms, public spaces, events, and food &amp; beverage offerings. The ideal candidate will have a passion for visual storytelling, a keen eye for detail, and a deep understanding of photography techniques, including food photography.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Property Photography: Capture breathtaking images of guest rooms, suites, lobbies, dining areas, outdoor spaces, and resort amenities to reflect the brand's luxury and appeal.</li><li>Food Photography: Collaborate with the culinary team to capture visually striking food and beverage images that highlight the quality, presentation, and creativity of our menus.</li><li>Event Photography: Document special events, conferences, weddings, and other resort activities, ensuring images capture the ambiance and essence of each occasion.</li><li>Brand Consistency: Ensure that all photos align with the brand's visual standards and aesthetic guidelines, maintaining consistency across all digital and print platforms.</li><li>Post-Production: Edit and retouch photos to enhance quality, ensuring images are polished and ready for use in promotional materials, websites, social media, and advertising campaigns.</li><li>Content Creation: Contribute to the development of visual content for various platforms, including the website, social media, brochures, and other marketing materials.</li><li>Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, design, and culinary teams to conceptualize and execute photoshoots that effectively convey the brand&rsquo;s message and appeal to target audiences.</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>Proven experience as a professional photographer, preferably in hospitality, food, or lifestyle photography.</li><li>Strong portfolio showcasing a range of photography styles, with emphasis on food photography and luxury properties.</li><li>Proficiency with camera equipment, lighting setups, and photo editing software (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom).</li><li>Experience in shooting for digital platforms, social media, and print.</li><li>Creative flair with an eye for detail, composition, and storytelling.</li><li>Excellent time management skills and ability to work independently, managing multiple shoots and deadlines.</li><li>Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.</li><li>A passion for photography and a keen interest in the hospitality and food &amp; beverage industries.</li></ul>Preferred:<ul><li>Experience with videography or video editing.</li><li>Familiarity with trends in visual content, particularly in the luxury hospitality sector.</li><li>Knowledge of SEO best practices for optimizing images for web use.</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract Contract length: 24 monthsPay: Rs25,000.00 - Rs125,000.00 per monthExpected hours: 1 &ndash; 24 per weekApplication Question(s):<ul><li>Link to your portfolio or socials?</li><li>Do you have your own camera equipment?</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>Photography and Videography : 2 years (Required)</li></ul>Willingness to travel:<ul><li>100% (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
