HRI Hospital is seeking a Per Diem Switchboard Operator. We are looking for an individual who has availability during the weekend. There are hourly shift differentials for both evening and weekend shifts.</div><div></div><div><b><br>
HRI Hospital</b> is 66-bed psychiatric facility with adult inpatient services and several partial hospitalization programs. As a Switchboard Operator, you will:</b></div><ul><li>
Operate the hospital switchboard in a professional, courteous, and effective manner</li><li>
Respond to and activate hospital emergency codes and pages in a responsible and timely manner</li><li>
Welcome visitors to the hospital in a warm, professional and helpful manner</li><li>
Protect confidentiality of hospitalized patients</li><li>
Facilitate internal hospital communications in a professional and efficient manner</li><li>
Consistently, accurately, and neatly perform related clerical duties and other tasks assigned by supervisor including typing and copying</li><li>
Maintain both personal and work area in an appropriate professional and neat manner</li><li>
Reflect professional reliability and dependability through compliance of hospital attendance policy</li></ul><div><b>

Qualifications:

Education: High School Diploma or equivalent;</li><li>
MS4 experience preferred</li><li>
Experience: Experience operating switchboard, computer, and other business equipment</li><li>
Skills: Ability to type a minimum of 40 words per minute. Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills. Strong ability to multi-task.</li></ul><div><b>
