Job Overview We are seeking an experienced and strategic Hotel Human Resources Manager to lead our HR functions and support the overall success of our hotel operations. The ideal candidate will oversee talent acquisition, employee relations, compliance, and HR programs to foster a positive work environment. This role requires a comprehensive understanding of human resources management, labor laws, and organizational development to ensure the hotel&rsquo;s human capital aligns with business objectives and industry standards.MINIMUM REQUIREMENTSEducation<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Hospitality, or related field preferred.</li></ul>Experience<ul><li>2&ndash;4 years of HR experience, preferably within hospitality or a multi-department operational environment.</li><li>Experience overseeing employee relations, recruiting, onboarding, and compliance processes.</li><li>Prior hotel HR experience strongly preferred.</li></ul>Skills and Knowledge<ul><li>Strong knowledge of employment laws, HR best practices, and hospitality work environments.</li><li>Excellent communication, coaching, and interpersonal skills.</li><li>Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive situations with professionalism.</li><li>Proficiency in HRIS systems, onboarding platforms, and Microsoft Office Suite.</li><li>Strong problem-solving, time management, and organizational skills.</li></ul>Job Duties and Responsibilities<ul><li>Oversee all HR operations for the hotel, serving as the primary HR contact for employees and leadership.</li><li>Manage the full recruitment cycle: job postings, applicant screening, interviewing support, and background checks.</li><li>Coordinate new hire onboarding, orientation, and required training compliance.</li><li>Support department leaders with coaching, corrective actions, and performance management processes.</li><li>Conduct employee relations investigations and provide guidance on conflict resolution.</li><li>Maintain personnel files, HR documentation, and compliance records in accordance with company and legal standards.</li><li>Lead employee engagement initiatives, recognition programs, and culture-building activities.</li><li>Oversee benefits support, leave-of-absence communication, and general employee inquiries.</li><li>Ensure all HR practices comply with local, state, and federal labor regulations.</li><li>Provide support during audits, annual reviews, and company HR initiatives.</li><li>Partner with department heads and General Manager to promote a positive, collaborative workplace</li></ul>Pay: $70,000.00 per yearBenefits:<ul><li>401(k)</li><li>401(k) matching</li><li>Dental insurance</li><li>Employee discount</li><li>Flexible spending account</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Health savings account</li><li>Life insurance</li><li>Paid time off</li><li>Referral program</li><li>Retirement plan</li><li>Tuition reimbursement</li><li>Vision insurance</li></ul>Work Location: In person
