Qualifications and Education Requirements<ul><li>B.com/ M.com with min. 4 Year Experience.</li><li>Knowledge of SAP B1</li></ul>Role and Responsibilities<ul><li>Prepare accurate, timely financial statements in accordance with our established schedule and with input from the stake holders.</li><li>Handle administrative tasks for the Accounts Department (HRE)</li><li>Daily Bank Account Reconciliation</li><li>Monthly /Weekly Reconciliation of Accounts Receivable and Payable</li><li>To prepare P&amp;L Statement &amp; Cash Flow Statement and share with CFO on monthly basis</li><li>To review the Debtors &amp; Creditors ledger and its ageing and publish the MIS on weekly basis.</li><li>To prepare monthly analysis of revenue and expenditure to give business insights to the Management</li><li>To prepare financial &amp; business reports for discussion during the monthly meeting with Management</li><li>To update and verify the correctness of Expense accounting in Tally ERP based on Internal payment tracking system.</li><li>Conduct monthly and quarterly account reconciliations to ensure accurate reporting and ledger maintenance</li><li>Review all inter-company transactions and generate invoices as necessary</li><li>Conduct regular ledger maintenance</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;22,000.00 - &#8377;30,000.00 per monthExperience:<ul><li>SAP: 2 years (Preferred)</li><li>Accounting: 4 years (Preferred)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
