Health Services Foundation is a non-profit 501 C4 corporation that provides health related services to the employees of self-insured employers in Northern California. LVN License required; Spanish fluency required. We are seeking a Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to join our Redirection Line team. This position plays a key role in assisting members by redirecting them to in-network providers using company software and established protocols. The LVN will also be responsible for tracking incentives through CPT codes, claims, and HCPCS/J-codes.<ul><li>This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable working independently.</li></ul>Duties and Responsibilities:<ul><li>Use company software to contact and redirect members to in-network providers.</li><li>Review and track incentive data related to CPT codes, claims, and HCPCS/J-codes.</li><li>Accurately document all member interactions and redirection outcomes.</li><li>Maintain confidentiality and compliance with HIPAA and company standards.</li><li>Collaborate with internal departments as needed to support program goals.</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>Active current California Licensed Vocational Nurse. - R</li><li>Strong understanding of medical coding (CPT, HCPCS, and J-codes) preferred.</li><li>Proficient with computer systems, data entry, and tracking software.</li><li>Excellent communication and organizational skills.</li><li>Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.</li></ul>Benefits:<ul><li>Competitive compensation.</li><li>Medical, dental, and vision insurance.</li><li>Paid time off, holidays, and retirement plan options.</li><li>Monday&ndash;Friday schedule.</li></ul>How to Apply:<ul><li>Please submit your resume through Indeed.
