Your work will directly shape how beauty lovers experience and connect with our brand online.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Lead Creative Direction &ndash; Own the creative vision for all social platforms, ensuring every post, reel, and story aligns with our brand&rsquo;s tone, aesthetic, and identity in the beauty space.</li><li>Trend-Driven Content Creation &ndash; Ideate and direct content that taps into trends, product launches, tutorials, seasonal moments, and social media culture (hello, TikTok and Reels!).</li><li>Campaign Ideation &amp; Execution &ndash; Drive full-scale campaign development &mdash; from brainstorming visuals to producing short-form videos, influencer-led content, and scroll-stopping creatives.</li><li>Team Leadership &ndash; Lead and inspire a team of content creators, designers, editors, and social managers to bring the brand to life across platforms.</li><li>Influencer &amp; UGC Strategy &ndash; Collaborate with the influencer and PR teams to blend creator content into the overall social strategy and boost authenticity and engagement.</li><li>Performance-Driven Creativity &ndash; Partner with analytics teams to monitor what&rsquo;s working, learn from audience behavior, and refine content for better reach and results.</li><li>Brand Voice &amp; Consistency &ndash; Ensure every piece of content feels on-brand &mdash; from captions and visuals to tone and storytelling.</li><li>Cross-Team Collaboration &ndash; Work closely with product, packaging, e-comm, and PR teams to align social content with new launches, campaigns, and events.</li></ul>What We&rsquo;re Looking For:<ul><li>Interns, Graduates or Masters.</li><li>1&ndash;2 years of experience in social media, digital content, or creative direction &mdash; ideally in the beauty, fashion, or lifestyle space</li><li>Deep understanding of social platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest) and content formats that perform</li><li>A creative portfolio that shows off successful beauty or lifestyle campaigns</li><li>Passion for cosmetics, skincare, and beauty culture (you know what&rsquo;s trending before it trends)</li><li>Skilled with tools like Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Canva, and scheduling platforms like Later, Hootsuite, or Meta Business Suite</li><li>Strong leadership and communication skills &mdash; with the ability to manage people and projects smoothly</li><li>Experience working with influencers, content creators, and artists is a big plus.</li></ul>Bonus Points If You:<ul><li>Are obsessed with aesthetics, social trends, and pop culture</li><li>Understand Gen Z, Millennials, and how they engage with social content</li><li>Have experience scripting or producing short-form video content</li><li>Are confident directing talent (or even stepping in front of the camera if needed!)</li></ul>What You&rsquo;ll Get:<ul><li>A vibrant, creative, and fast-paced work culture</li><li>The chance to shape the visual and creative voice of a growing beauty brand</li><li>Competitive salary, benefits, and exclusive product discounts</li><li>Opportunities to attend shoots, beauty events, and industry activations</li><li>WhatsApp Number +923219177887 careers@hs-engg.com</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Internship Contract length: 6 monthsExpected hours: 40 per weekWork Location: In person

WE ARE HIRING IMPORT EXECUTIVE OPPORTUNITIES AWAIT IN LAHOREWe are a dynamic organization that deals in industrial machinery, driven by innovation and dedicated to achieving exceptional success in our industry. As a rapidly expanding company, we&rsquo;re looking for Import Executive who is responsible for managing and coordinating all import-related activities to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of goods.
