Job Title: HSE TPI / Safety OfficerLocation: Khavda, GujaratProject Duration: 1 YearJob Type: Contractual / Project-BasedKey Responsibilities:<ul><li>Conduct daily site inspections and safety audits in line with project HSE plans and procedures.</li><li>Monitor and ensure compliance with Work at Height (WAH) protocols, including fall protection and scaffolding safety.</li><li>Oversee Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) implementation for energy isolation during equipment servicing.</li><li>Ensure safety measures are in place for confined space entries and associated rescue procedures.</li><li>Monitor and inspect the installation and integrity of scaffolding systems.</li><li>Implement and enforce electrical safety standards during construction and maintenance activities.</li><li>Supervise the inspection and maintenance of earth pits and grounding systems.</li><li>Prepare and review Job Safety Analysis (JSA) and Hazard Identification and Risk Assessment (HIRA) for critical activities.</li><li>Ensure compliance with lifting and rigging practices, including inspection of lifting tools and tackles.</li><li>Verify and enforce Safe Lifting Work (SLW) procedures.</li><li>Inspect and ensure the proper use, certification, and maintenance of harnesses and fall protection equipment.</li><li>Prepare HSE reports and participate in incident investigations and root cause analysis.</li><li>Coordinate with project teams, subcontractors, and third-party inspectors to ensure all work complies with applicable HSE regulations.</li></ul>Educational Qualification:<ul><li>B.Sc./BE / B.Tech (compulsory )</li><li>ADIS/ PDIS (compulsory )</li></ul>Contract length: 12 monthsExperience: 3-5 years of experienceWork Location: In personJob Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;25,000.00 - &#8377;32,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
