Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Assist in bookkeeping and maintain accurate financial records.</li><li>Prepare and process invoices, bills, and receipts.</li><li>Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable.</li><li>Record journal entries and support monthly, quarterly, and annual closings.</li><li>Reconcile bank statements and ledgers.</li><li>Assist in preparing financial statements and management reports.</li><li>Ensure compliance with company policies, accounting principles, and statutory regulations.</li><li>Support audits by providing necessary documentation and data.</li><li>Maintain and update accounting systems, databases, and spreadsheets.</li><li>Provide administrative support to the finance department when required.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or related field.</li><li>2 years of experience in accounting or finance .</li><li>Basic knowledge of accounting principles and standards.</li><li>Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software (e.g., Tally, SAP, QuickBooks).</li><li>Strong attention to detail and accuracy.</li><li>Good analytical, organizational, and communication skills.</li><li>Ability to work independently as well as in a team.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: Up to &#8377;15,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person

Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Assist in recruitment processes, including job postings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with candidates.</li><li>Support in employee onboarding and induction programs.</li><li>Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.</li><li>Help organize employee engagement activities and HR events.</li><li>Assist in drafting and updating HR policies, procedures, and documentation.</li><li>Provide support in attendance, payroll, and compliance-related tasks.</li><li>Prepare reports, presentations, and other HR-related documentation as required.</li><li>Perform any other tasks assigned by the HR team to support day-to-day operations.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: Up to &#8377;10,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
