Key Accountabilities</b></div><br>

<li><div>Responsible for the safe and efficient operation of the hotel boat in accordance with Peninsula Standards and marine safety procedures.</div>
</li>
<li><div>Maintain complete knowledge of hotel policies, LQA and FORBES standards, and ensure consistent service excellence.</div>

<li><div>Collaborate closely with Security, Housekeeping, and Engineering to maintain the boat&rsquo;s condition and cleanliness.</div>

<li><div>Ensure the boat is inspected daily and that all maintenance issues are promptly reported and documented.</div>

<li><div>Stay alert and responsive to weather conditions, guest safety, and nearby marine traffic.</div>

<li><div>Keep detailed logbook entries of operations, incidents, and maintenance activities.</div>

<li>To perform a friendly yet discreet and unobtrusive service in greeting and waiting on all guests.</li>
<li>To perform pre-service and after-service procedures as per standard.</li>
<li>To make sure all the service items including chinaware, glassware, silverware and others are clean, polished, damage-free and ready to use before and during service.</li>
<li>Make sure hot beverage stations are ready with freshly brewed tea, coffee, fresh juices, ice sink is filled, and all areas are clean before and during the service period. Following The Peninsula standard is a must when preparing the beverages.</li>
<li>To make sure all service equipment e.g., juicer, blender, smoothie maker is clean, damage free and ready to use before and during service.</li>
<li>To make sure all service stations, side stations are clean, free from soiled plates, glasses etc. during the entire service period</li>
<li>Ensure to clean and wipe down the tables, chairs and table-top equipment as soon as guest leaves and prepare the tables for the next guest.</li>
