Key accountabilities</b></div><br>
<div></div>
<ul>
<li>Handles all guest and internal customer complaints and inquiries in a courteous and efficient manner, following through to ensure problems are resolved satisfactorily.</li>
<li>Patrols lobbies, corridors, guest floors and public areas and makes use of the i-Guard System appropriately, while ensuring there are no fires, unsafe conditions, and/or missing or inoperative safety equipment.</li>
<li>Ensures that the Hotel&rsquo;s policy and procedures in key issuance are adhered to at all times.</li>
<li>Ensures that the Hotel&rsquo;s policy &amp; procedures on the issuance of Security Passes are adhered to for all visitors including suppliers, contractors, part-timers, employees etc.</li>
<li>Ensures that tasks and duties listed for designated posts such as Employee Entrance, Control Room, Patrol, Main Lobby and Hotel Driveway are professionally carried out at all times.</li>
<li>Assists in the tasks assigned during Hotel Fire &amp; Evacuation situations.</li>
<li>Questions any suspicious character in a polite manner; refuses entry if the subject is not able to provide reasonable reply; requests for assistance immediately if the situation arises.</li></ul><br>

<b>General requirements</b></div><br>

<ul>
<li>Excellent knowledge of security industry best practice across relevant security operations (loss prevention, conflict resolution, access control, etc.).</li>
<li>Knowledge of security and crisis management related law and regulation.</li>
<li>Experience using relevant technology and equipment.</li>
<li>Min. 5 years experience.</li>
<li>5188 Private Security Licence.</li>
<li>Good in English language proficiency.</li></ul><div></div><div><br>

<li><div>Minimum 3 years&rsquo; experience in a similar role within Housekeeping in a Luxury Hotel environment with similar standards and expectations.</div>

<li><div>Ability to deal with a high level of work demand and pressure and show flexibility as well as understanding of the expectations.</div>
</li>
<li><div>Innovative and a natural organiser, highly detailed and able to engage with guests.</div>
</li>
<li><div>Turkish communication proficiency, and English as a secondary language is preferred.</div></li></ul><br>

<li><div>Greet all arriving and departing guests as they enter and leave the Hotel.</div>
</li>
<li><div>Welcome guests in the forecourt and support the team in assisting guests in getting in and out of vehicles.</div>
</li>
<li><div>Maintain close guest contact, and when receiving guest feedback, ensure to elevate feedback to the Management team for recovery to exceed guest expectations, in keeping with the Peninsula Service Principles.</div>
</li>
<li><div>Ability to give information and directions about Istanbul to guests and to drivers.</div>
</li>
<li><div>Keep the driveway and lobby safe, clean, and clear.</div>
</li>
<li><div>Handle errands for guest needs.</div></li></ul><br>
