Key Accountabilities:
<ul>
<li>Handle and coordinate the office administration functions according to the instructions of the Director of Engineering and established policies and procedures</li>
<li>Provides secretarial support to Director of Engineering and extends support to the team</li>
<li>Handles and screens incoming phone calls and takes messages</li>
<li>Receives and dispatches correspondences</li>
<li>Keeps filing system in good order and up-to-date</li>
<li>Relays R&amp;M orders from other departments</li>
<li>Prepares monthly utilities reports for submission to management of the Hotel</li>
<li>Performs other duties assigned by the Director of Engineering as well as with own initiative</li>
<li>Adheres to all house rules, fire regulations, departmental policies and procedures</li></ul> 


General Requirements:
<ul>
<li>2 years of coordination experience in a luxury property ideal</li>
<li>Knowledge of Microsoft systems and engineering preferred</li>
<li>Ability to deal with a high level of work demand and pressure, individual must have great organization skills</li>
<li>Excellent command of written and spoken English</li></ul>

Engineering Coordinator

Key Accountabilities

<li>Prepare alcohol or non-alcohol beverages for bar and restaurant guests</li>

General Requirements
<ul><li>Must be at least 21 years</li>
<li>Must have 2 - 4 years of bartending experience</li>
<li>Food Handler's and Responsible Beverage Service Certification Required</li>
<li>Must be able to work early morning, day, weekend, and holiday shifts as needed</li>
<li>Prior experience in food and beverage
</li><li>Ability to multitask and have great communication skills</li></ul> 


Salary: $16.90/$18.50
