<li>Performs general repairs that do not require specialized technician. Example may include fixing drywall, painting, and perform basic carpentry.</li>

<li>Ensures compliance with the Group&rsquo;s purchasing policies and procedures.</li>

<li>Provides discreet and courteous service in designated area and offers help to guests if necessary.</li>
<li>Responsible for the proper upkeep of supply baskets, supply cabinets and store rooms.</li>
<li>Informs Public Area Supervisor of any reoccurring problems, missing ,broken ,stained or burnt items in the public areas, corridors and back landings.</li>
<li>Ensure efficient operation of the Housekeeping department.</li>
<li>Forwards any lost and found items to Housekeeping office.</li></ul><br>

<li>Minimum 2-3 years&rsquo; experience in a similar role in a Luxury Hotel environment with similar standards and expectations.</li>
<li>Knowledge of using cleaning tools, chemicals, machinery and the ability to provide friendly services to guests.</li>
<li>Must be able to work in a fast paced and customer service-oriented environment; to perform under pressure and meet deadlines in a timely manner.</li>
<li>Must be able to work as part of a team as well as to complete assignments independently, to take instructions from supervisors, and to exercise proper problem-solving skills.</li>
<li>Innovative and a natural organiser, highly detailed and able to engage with guests.</li>
<li>Turkish communication proficiency, and English as a secondary language is preferred.</li></ul><br>
