<p><b>What You Will Do</b></p>
<ul>
<li>Stock components as necessary for daily activities.</li>
<li>Repair or replace MIG welder components, such as welding lead, regulators, diffusers, and welding tips.</li>
<li>Replace wire stump as needed.</li>
<li>Measure and record quality information.</li>
<li>Report and correct quality issues as assigned by Supervisor or Lead.</li>
<li>Actively participate in housekeeping requirements for the department.</li>
<li>Operate robotic welders to include basic troubleshooting and programming.</li>
<li>Perform part quality inspections using appropriate measuring device and gages.</li>
<li>Track and record downtime of weld cell during production run.</li>
<li>Read Blueprint.</li>
<li>Other duties as assigned by supervisor</li>

What You Will Bring</b></p>

<li>Must be at least 18 years of age to perform this job.</li>
<li>Formal education is not required.</li>
<li>Minimum of 6 months of previous work experience in a manufacturing setting preferred but not required for consideration.</li>
<li>Read blueprint and caliper are preferred.</li>
<li>MIG welder. There is not minimum time requirement, and experience may be from any environment.</li>
<li>Must pass manual welding test.</li>
<li>Must be at least 18 years of age to perform this job.</li>

<li>While performing the essential functions of this job the employee is required to stand for extended periods of time, stand and use hands to grasp, handle or feel.</li>
<li>Employee may on occasion be required to speak, hear, bend, stood, kneel, crouch, and walk on wet surfaces.</li>
<li>The employee must frequently lift, move, and/or drag/push more than 40 pounds. Employee may also be requested to extended shift, work overtime, and /or weekends. Employee will work with solvents, oils and grease daily (gloves are required to protect hands and fingers)</li>
<li>Employee must be willing and able to abide by all safety policies.</li>
<li>Duties are performed primarily at a manufacturing setting and may expose employee to loud noise levels, extreme temperatures, chemical and fumes, and moving mechanical parts.</li>
<li>Work is completed in a non-climate-controlled plant environment and employee will have frequent interaction with managers and other employees.</li>
<li>Standard hazards within a manufacturing plant where safety precautions and personal protective equipment must be maintained all the time.</li>
