We are seeking a motivated Graphic Designer to join our team and contribute to our clients&rsquo; fundraising programs. The ideal candidate will have a passion for conservative politics, a strong eye for design, excellent collaboration skills, and solid project management abilities. This is a great opportunity for designers early in their career to grow within a mission-focused, fast-paced agency environment. 
 
This is a full-time, in-office position located in Ashburn, VA. Remote work is not an option. 
 
What You&rsquo;ll Do<ul><li>
Design effective print materials for nonprofit and political fundraising campaigns, including direct mail packages, donor newsletters, calendars, and other inserts.</li><li>
Be a forever student of direct response. A successful Graphic Designer is hungry to learn the best practices of direct-response and study what&rsquo;s working both in our agency and across the industry.</li><li>
Be obsessed with results. A successful Graphic Designer is always seeking to improve client performance through creative design and strategic testing of package elements.</li><li>
Maintain a positive, solution-oriented mindset. We&rsquo;re looking for someone who thrives on challenges and enjoys problem-solving.</li><li>
Build strong relationships with HSP&rsquo;s Creative team of copywriters, translating their creative concepts into visually compelling layouts that drive results.
</li><li>Collaborate with HSP&rsquo;s Project Managers to prepare package files for print production, ensuring accuracy and high quality.</li></ul> 

What We&rsquo;re Looking For<ul><li>
Technical proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Figma, or similar design tools.</li><li>
Alignment with HSP&rsquo;s mission and share in our commitment to support conservative clients and principles.</li><li>
Clear and effective communicator who welcomes collaboration and feedback.</li><li>
Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.</li><li>
Ability to work with different teams and personalities while respectfully pushing for the desired outcome.

Compensation is commensurate with experience and skills.
