Job Responsibilities:<ul><li>Identify, meet, and onboard new clients for security guard services in assigned districts.</li><li>Conduct field visits, generate leads, and convert inquiries into business deals.</li><li>Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and ensure high customer satisfaction.</li><li>Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and service offerings to potential clients.</li><li>Work closely with the operations team for guard deployment and service coordination.</li><li>Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.</li><li>Continuously explore market trends, competitor activities, and new business opportunities.</li><li>Submit daily sales reports and update CRM/management on field activities.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Minimum 2 years of experience in Security Sales / Field Sales (mandatory).</li><li>Bike &amp; valid driving license is compulsory for field travel.</li><li>Strong communication, negotiation &amp; client-handling skills.</li><li>Ability to work independently and meet targets.</li><li>Familiarity with local area/district will be an added advantage.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;8,086.00 - &#8377;17,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Provident Fund</li></ul>
