Can join immediately.Responsible for establishing, implementing, and maintaining quality assurance and quality control systems for offshore oil &amp; gas EPCIC (Engineering, Procurement, Construction, Installation, and Commissioning) projects. The role ensures compliance with client specifications, international codes and standards, regulatory requirements, and company quality management systems. The QA/QC Manager will oversee inspection, testing, auditing, and reporting to drive continuous improvement and deliver defect-free project outcomes.Key Roles &amp; ResponsibilitiesQuality Management &amp; Compliance&middot; Develop, implement, and maintain the Project Quality Plan (PQP) in line with corporate QA/QC procedures, ISO standards, and client requirements.&middot; Ensure compliance with international codes/standards (API, ASME, AWS, ISO 9001, ISO 17025, etc.), project specifications, and contractual obligations.&middot; Liaise with client representatives, classification societies, and third-party agencies for inspections and approvals.Project Execution &middot; Monitor and control quality activities during engineering, procurement, fabrication, installation, testing, pre-commissioning, and commissioning phases.&middot; Review and approve method statements, inspection test plans (ITPs), quality procedures, welding procedures (WPS/PQR), and material certifications.&middot; Manage quality surveillance at subcontractor and vendor facilities, ensuring equipment and materials meet specified requirements.Inspection &amp; Testing &middot; Lead a team of QA/QC Engineers and Inspectors (civil, mechanical, piping,electrical, instrumentation, NDT, coating, welding).&middot; Ensure effective inspection coverage for structural steel, piping, subsea equipment, offshore structures, and installation aids.&middot; Oversee NDT, FAT, SIT, hydrotesting, load testing, coating, and offshore inspection activities.Auditing &amp; Reporting &middot; Plan and conduct internal and external audits to assess compliance with QA/QC standards.&middot; Identify non-conformities (NCRs), implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA), and track closure.&middot; Prepare and submit weekly/monthly quality reports to management and client representatives.&middot; Maintain project quality records, dossiers, and as-built documentation for final handover.Leadership &amp; Coordination &middot; Provide technical guidance and mentoring to QA/QC staff and site teams.Job Type: Full-timeAbility to commute/relocate:<ul><li>Doha: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)</li></ul>

QA QC Manager with Experience in Oil & Gas Refinery

Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in civil engineeringRequirements.&middot; Minimum 15 years working experience as Structural Design Engineer from a Design and Consulting Firm.&middot; Can join immediately.&middot; Arabic must be first language.&middot; Advanced level of knowledge in structural analysis and design of concrete and steel building structures.&middot; Advanced level of skill in design of structural steel connections.&middot; Strong comprehension of the non-linear properties of structural materials.&middot; Highly skilled in technical report writing.&middot; Expert user ETABS, SAFE, SAP, STAAD, ROBOT, IDEA STATICA, among others,&middot; Proficient in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, Revit, etc.&middot; Well-versed in international standards such as ASCE, ACI, IBC, Eurocode, etc.&middot; Well-versed in Qatar Construction Specifications and other local regulations.&middot; Knowledge in Design of Post-Tension structure, FRP, and structural system.&middot; Strong knowledge of civil engineering principles and construction methods&middot; Excellent communication and leadership skills&middot; Ability to analyze complex engineering problems and develop effective solutions.&middot; Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.&middot; Organized, detail-oriented, and self-starting.&middot; Experience in Grade A Consultancy Office is an advantage.Job Type: Full-time
