Sob Title: MEP Projects ManagerCompany: Axial Contracting LLC (Dubai, UAE)Job Type: Full-Time, PermanentAxial Contracting LLC is a leading Dubai-based MEP contracting company delivering high-quality projects across residential, commercial, and industrial sectors.We are looking for a dynamic and experienced MEP Projects Manager to lead our projects and ensure timely, cost-effective, and quality delivery.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Lead, manage, and coordinate all MEP activities across multiple projects.</li><li>Review and approve project designs, shop drawings, and material submittals.</li><li>Manage project schedules, resources, and budgets to ensure timely completion.</li><li>Oversee installation, testing, and commissioning of MEP systems.</li><li>Coordinate with consultants, clients, subcontractors, and internal teams.</li><li>Monitor compliance with local authority regulations and HSE standards.</li><li>Prepare progress reports, project documentation, and client updates.</li><li>Resolve technical issues and ensure high-quality workmanship.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or related field.</li><li>Minimum 5&ndash;8 years of UAE experience in MEP contracting.</li><li>Strong knowledge of HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, and Firefighting systems.</li><li>Proven track record of handling large-scale projects from initiation to handover.</li><li>Excellent leadership, planning, and communication skills.</li><li>Familiarity with UAE authority approvals and regulations (DEWA, ADDC, DM, DCD, etc.).</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: AED4,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
