<div><p>The Location Supervisor will be responsible for assisting the Location Manager to oversee the day to day operations at his/her location(s). The Location Supervisor will be required to fully understand all aspects of his/her location(s), build positive relationships with the client and increase the efficiencies and business within their delivery operations. Relationship building with client, recruiting, and gaining 100% of client business in each location are utmost priorities.

</b></p><ul><li>Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
</li><li>Prior experience in management and/or logistics
</li><li>Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
</li><li>Strong leadership and planning ability
</li><li>Must possess strong interpersonal skills
</li><li>Must have the ability to prioritize work load and manage time
</li><li>Identifies and resolves problems. Demonstrates attention to detail
</li><li>Identifies opportunities to increase accuracy and optimize resources and develops/recommends/implements solutions
</li><li>Excellent negotiation skills to deal effectively with individuals and groups within and outside the organization

Location Supervisor

<div><div><div><p><b>Core Responsibilities and Duties:
</b></p></div><div><ul><li>Plan with local management to have appropriate workforce levels at each location, including delivery teams, warehouse, and office
</li>Compliance &acirc;&euro;&ldquo; ensure compliance with policy and procedures, customer SOP<li>'s and internal processes
</li>Goals &acirc;&euro;&ldquo; Achieve financial goals, maintain Customer Key Performance Indicators (KPI<li>'s) to meet or exceed goals
</li><li>Work with assigned locations to ensure they are aware and understand their goals and help guide them to achieve each goal
</li><li>Customer Reporting &acirc;&euro;&ldquo; Make sure all locations maintain and display KPI reports
</li><li>Customer Relations &acirc;&euro;&ldquo; Develop relationships with local management, Client field personnel, and key Customer individuals
</li>Start-up Responsibilities &acirc;&euro;&ldquo; Assist as needed and assigned on a New Location<li> start-up
</li><li>Ensure staff is properly trained to perform daily assigned tasks, processes and procedures
</li>Audit KPI<li>'s and monitor performance as needed
</li><li>Make sure all locations maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment
</li><li>Ensure all inventory responsibilities are done timely and accurately as required
</li><li>Cover Management vacations at each location as necessary
</li><li>Facility Management &acirc;&euro;&ldquo; assist with local management as needed with managing maintenance and other expenses
</li><li>Travel as required to ensure location meets performance standards and P&amp;L numbers
</li><li>Other duties as assigned
</li></ul></div><div><p><b>Qualifications: </b>&acirc;&euro;&macr;
</p></div></div><div><div><ul><li>High school diploma or GED required, college degree in business or equivalent work experience preferred
</li><li>Must have at least 3 years management experience in a related field
</li><li>Experience working with a 3PL Company in a home delivery environment a plus

District Manager

<div><p>The Office Administrator will provide administrative support to all managers. These responsibilities may include route monitoring, clerical duties, filing, answering phone calls, responding to emails, assisting in driver training and onboarding documents for inexperienced drivers. Qualified candidates will have a strong ability to multi-task and a friendly demeanor.
</p><p><b>Shift:
</b></p><p><b>Pay </b>: $18.51/hr
</p><p><b>Primary Duties:
</b></p><ul><li>Analyze and organize office operations and procedures such as information management, filing systems, supply requisitions and other items as needed
</li><li>Oversee staff functions such as office supply levels, equipment maintenance, procedure manuals, forms, cross train staff as needed
</li><li>Monitor the delivery routes during shift to ensure they are on time
</li><li>Assist in the track route progress as needed; call Drivers every hour address issues as needed
</li><li>Maintain contact with customers, obtain their feedback regarding their delivery experience
</li><li>Assist in the completion of POD packets that are available at the warehouse
</li><li>Assist with loading and unloading of product
</li><li>Assist with setting next day routes
</li><li>Work well without direct supervision, professional demeanor, strong communication and customer service skills
</li><li>Perform other duties and tasks as assigned
</li></ul><p><b>Minimum Qualifications:
</b></p><ul><li>High school diploma or GED required, post high school education a plus
</li><li>Must be able to expand work hours during events or as needed
</li><li>Must be company certified to be able to operate a forklift
</li><li>Knowledge of Microsoft office a plus
</li><li>Pass pre-employment background check
</li><li>Maintain professional and safe work environment
</li></ul><p><b>Skills/Competencies:
</b></p><ul><li>Must be able to lift up to 75 lbs regularly and up to 150 lbs occasionally
</li><li>Strong customer service skills, attention to detail, must be able to multi-task
</li><li>Possess a mechanical aptitude, be able to follow directions and perform assigned tasks
