 Some of your responsibilities
 
 
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Develop and execute high-impact SEO strategies to drive organic growth and improve search visibility across major search engines.
 </li>
 <li>
 Collaborate closely with Design, Product, Marketing and Development teams to ensure SEO best practices are implemented across all initiatives.
 </li>
 <li>
 Perform advanced technical SEO audits and improvements (site structure, crawlability, structured data, page speed, Core Web Vitals).
 </li>
 <li>
 Make small front-end updates when necessary (HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript) or guide developers with clear technical direction.
 </li>
 <li>
 Build and manage content strategies, keyword roadmaps, briefs, and editorial workflows &mdash; including partnerships with high-authority, high-search-volume companies.
 </li>
 <li>
 Analyze heatmaps, scroll depth, and user behavior (Hotjar, FullStory, etc.) to identify UX/content opportunities and drive measurable engagement improvements.
 </li>
 <li>
 Write highly detailed design briefs and communicate UX needs clearly to designers.
 </li>
 <li>
 Push and guide Product, Design and Marketing teams &mdash; taking initiative, challenging priorities when needed, and ensuring movement toward measurable goals.
 </li>
 <li>
 Plan, launch, and evaluate A/B tests and growth experiments using a strong hypothesis-driven approach.
 </li>
 <li>
 Conduct market research and competitor analysis to surface insights and shape mid-to-long-term SEO and growth strategy.
 </li>
 <li>
 Lead and mentor internal/external SEO contributors when required.
 </li>

 SEO Expertise
 
 
 <ul>

 Deep understanding of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO.
 </li>

 Strong knowledge of search engine algorithms and ranking factors.

 Hands-on experience with tools such as Google Analytics (especially GA4), Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, Moz, etc.

 Technical Skills

 Ability to make minor code updates when necessary (HTML/CSS/JavaScript).

 Fully own the B2C subscription based web product vision and roadmap, translating company growth targets into measurable experiments and product decisions.

 Prepare and continuously refine the backlog, prioritizing tasks based on business impact, expected uplift, and speed of execution to ensure full alignment with business goals.

 <li>
 Run a fast-paced experimentation engine across onboarding, paywall, trial and subscription flows.
 </li>
 <li>
 Design, launch and iterate A/B tests to improve key conversion metrics.
 </li>
 <li>
 Analyze the subscription funnel to uncover bottlenecks and high-impact opportunities.
 </li>
 <li>
 Collaborate with designers to create conversion-focused UX that reduces friction.
 </li>
 <li>
 Work closely with developers to ship and validate quickly, ensuring ideas move to production in days, not weeks.
 </li>
 <li>
 Prepare clear, concise briefs that align teams around goals and metrics.
 </li>
 <li>
 Conduct competitive research and turn insights into actionable product improvements.
 </li>
 <li>
 Use data as the primary driver of decisions, proactively acting on insights to improve acquisition, conversion and subscription performance.

 Work closely with Mobile PM, Marketing, and Data teams to ensure aligned strategies, pricing logic, and value communication.

 Monitor subscription health and churn, taking action to improve retention.

 What We Look For

 Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Software/Computer/Industrial Engineering or a related field.
 </li>
 <li>
 Minimum 3 years of experience as a Web Product Manager, ideally within B2C subscription-based products.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong understanding of web development technologies and the software development lifecycle.
 </li>
 <li>
 Skilled in funnel and behavioral analysis, with the ability to translate A/B test results into clear, actionable decisions.
 </li>
 <li>
 Proficient in managing Scrum processes, ensuring smooth, predictable delivery cycles.
 </li>
 <li>
 Comfortable collaborating with developers on technical topics and providing clear, structured guidance when needed.
 </li>
 <li>
 Exceptional UI sensibility, with an eye for detail and the ability to guide pixel-perfect design decisions.
 </li>
 <li>
 Familiar with core marketing and growth KPIs (Trial CR, signup&rarr;trial rate, paywall CR, churn, retention metrics) and comfortable using them in product decision-making.
 </li>
 <li>
 Capable of proposing innovative enhancements through competitor analysis and informed benchmarking.
 </li>
 <li>
 Excels at working with cross-functional teams &mdash; developers, designers, product managers &mdash; to streamline workflows and reduce complexity.
 </li>
 <li>
 Effectively advocates for web platform priorities and builds strong alignment across teams.
 </li>
 <li>
 Hands-on experience with essential tools such as Looker, Google Analytics, Amplitude/Mixpanel, Hotjar, Paddle/Stripe, SimilarWeb, Hotjar/FullStory, Figma, FigJam, and Jira, and comfortable navigating dashboards, UX flows, customer insights, and technical tickets.
