 Performing TIG welding on aluminum and copper components per engineering drawings
 </li>
 <li>
 Reading and interpreting blueprints and specifications
 </li>
 <li>
 Setting up and welding components to create complex assemblies
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintaining welding equipment, tools, and work areas in clean and safe condition
 </li>
 <li>
 Collaborating with team members to meet production goals
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensuring compliance with safety guidelines and quality standards
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 What will help you thrive in this role?
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 High School Diploma or equivalent (required)
 </li>
 <li>
 Welding certification from a recognized program or 1-3 years of welding experience
 </li>
 <li>
 Proficiency in TIG welding techniques
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to read and interpret manufacturing drawings and safety guidelines
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
 </li>
 <li>
 OSHA 10-hour safety course is a plus
