We provide legal services to business, families, and individuals in the areas of civil litigation, estate planning, probate, real estate &amp; business transactions, and personal injury. We are looking for a hardworking individual with excellent character, reliability, and an interest in working for a locally owned and independent law firm.Schedule: Part Time in the afternoons (noon-5); potential for moreDuties include but are not limited to the following:<ul><li>In-Person Customer Service: answer phones, schedule appointments, intake with potential clients, manage firm calendar, review mail, greet clients, and manage relationships between clients and attorneys</li><li>Accounts Receivable: manage monthly billing, contact past due accounts</li><li>Accounts Payable: manage monthly recurring bills and payments to vendors</li><li>Organizing the Office: Assist heavily in maintaining office records and files</li><li>Frequent Errands: Trips to area banks, post offices, courthouses, etc.</li><li>Notary: The Firm will assist you in becoming an official Arizona Notary</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>Experience working in an office environment</li><li>Accounts payable and accounts receivable experience preferred</li><li>Interest in working in a legal environment</li><li>High School Diploma</li><li>Microsoft Office Suite experience and computer proficiency</li><li>Strong analytical and communication skills (written and verbal)</li><li>Experience with the following is helpful but not required: Clio; Turbo Court; ECF; Pacer; Westlaw</li><li>Bilingual (Spanish/English) helpful but not required</li></ul>Job Type: Part-timePay: From $18.00 per hourBenefits:<ul><li>Flexible schedule</li><li>Opportunities for advancement</li><li>Paid time off</li></ul>Ability to Commute:<ul><li>Gilbert, AZ 85234 (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
