 The eCommerce Intern will support Hublot&rsquo;s online operations during a six-month maternity leave coverage, under the supervision of the VP of Sales, this role will assist with daily order flow, customer communication, and coordination with internal teams to ensure smooth operations. This internship offers exposure to eCommerce luxury processes, with tasks focused on administrative, operational, and support activities.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Client Experience &amp; Customer Service
 
 
 
 &bull; Assist in responding to online customer inquiries via email and phone.
 
 
 &bull; Support customer follow-ups under the guidance of the E-commerce Manager.
 
 
 &bull; Perform basic Salesforce updates (training provided).
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Order Processing &amp; Operations
 
 
 
 &bull; Support order verification steps (documentation review, data checks).
 
 
 &bull; Coordinate with Logistics regarding order status, stock confirmations, and shipping timelines.
 
 
 &bull; Assist with Click &amp; Collect coordination when needed.
 
 
 &bull; Maintain daily trackers for order flow and customer updates.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Reporting &amp; Administrative Support
 
 
 
 &bull; Help compile daily, weekly, and monthly eCommerce reports.
 
 
 &bull; Assist in updating internal dashboards (data entry / preparation).
 
 
 &bull; Receive training and provide support on Magento, Salesforce, Ekata, and Cybersource&mdash;but without ownership of these systems.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Process Coordination
 
 
 
 &bull; Assist in maintaining eCommerce procedures and documenting updates.
 
 
 &bull; Support communication with the Client Services Center (CSC &ndash; France) for basic follow-ups.
 
 
 &bull; Collaborate with CRM, Marketing, Sales, and Logistics teams on administrative tasks.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 PROFILE
 
 
 
 
 
 
 &bull; 1&ndash;2 years in retail, customer service, or administrative roles (eCommerce exposure preferred).
 
 
 &bull; Strong communication skills.
 
 
 &bull; High attention to detail and organization.
 
 
 &bull; Proficiency in Excel required (basic level acceptable).
 
 
 &bull; Experience with Salesforce/Magento is a plus, not required.
