Position Functions:&middot; Managing quality management systems and quality related issues, such as:&middot; Preparing FAI analysis for new parts&middot; Need to be able to use measurement tools such as optical comparators, &amp; CMM<ul><li>Preparing and approving quality documentation</li><li>Providing work instructions/procedures/check sheets, etc.</li><li>Maintaining internal auditing programs to monitor product quality and customer service</li><li>Lead/Participate in corrective actions and continuous improvement initiatives</li><li>Perform material testing and approvals for production use</li><li>Perform routine PPAP&rsquo;s as required by customers to meet deadlines</li><li>Oversee the calibration of tooling and equipment for quality control</li></ul>&middot; Conducting quality inspections of bellows, frames, floor/ceiling covers, Rubber parts, and other products for Mobility or Material Solutions and report data to drive improvements&middot; Incoming inspections&middot; Preparing, maintaining and filing various quality documentation&middot; Ensure completion of in-process inspection sheets and other quality documents&middot; Ensuring compliance with quality standards&middot; Communication with Suppliers and Customers as necessaryAssisting with new project implementationsEducational Level for Position: &middot; High School Diploma or equivalent&middot; Prior work experience in Quality Assurance of 2+ yearsSpecial Skills/Qualifications Desired: &middot; Documented training in ISO/QS 9001 and ISO/QS 14001&middot; AWS Certification&middot; CWI Certification&middot; Portable CMM experience (Faro Arm/Keyence)Special Skills Required:<ul><li>Must adhere to and enforce quality standards.</li><li>Familiar with company policies, procedures, and instructions</li><li>Willingness to learn and work in other areas.</li><li>Ability to read and interpret prints and drawings.</li><li>Microsoft Office (Excel)</li><li>Experience with using SAP for Quality inspections</li><li>Must be able to read and understand blueprints/drawings</li><li>Must be able to use basic measurement tools such as metric tapes, digital calipers and scales.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: From $20.00 per hourBenefits:<ul><li>401(k)</li><li>401(k) matching</li><li>Dental insurance</li><li>Employee assistance program</li><li>Flexible schedule</li><li>Flexible spending account</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Life insurance</li><li>Paid time off</li><li>Professional development assistance</li><li>Tuition reimbursement</li><li>Vision insurance</li></ul>Shift availability:<ul><li>Day Shift (Preferred)</li></ul>Ability to Commute:<ul><li>Dunlap, TN (Required)</li></ul>Ability to Relocate:<ul><li>Dunlap, TN: Relocate before starting work (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
