Our services include Detoxification, Inpatient Rehabilitation, Partial Hospitalization, Treatment, 3.1 Housing and Outpatient Mental Health.
Responsibilities:
Help provide a stable, safe, clean and reasonably aesthetically pleasing environment, in and around the corporation and all of its facilities and houses, that promotes learning, wellness and recovery. This may include all of or any of the following:<ul><li>
Perform minor repairs on plumbing and electrical.</li><li>
Perform regular inspections and verify functionality of safety systems to ensure JCAHO compliance to include fire alarms, fire extinguishers, electrical cords, etc.</li><li>
Practice preventative maintenance at all facilities and provide backup and schedules to indicate this practice. This includes replacing air filters, light bulbs, blinds, mattresses, etc.</li><li>
Move and assemble furniture, install equipment and appliances.</li><li>
Maintain and upkeep of lawn and facility grounds. May include lawn mowing, trimming, mulching, edging, collecting, and disposing of trash, etc.</li><li>
Ensure that pest control is maintained and arranged throughout the facility.</li><li>
Disinfect and clean throughout facilities to ensure a safe environment and infection control.</li><li>
Paint and drywall repair on walls. Paint doors, and/or exterior of buildings requiring climbing of ladders.</li><li>
Purchase and pick up supplies and parts.</li><li>
Assist in projects, such as additions or renovations.</li></ul>

Requirements:

Qualifications:
Possession of a high school diploma or equivalent.
Must have a valid drivers license with no more than 2 points.
Experience:
 Minimum of two to three years experience in maintenance work preferred.</div>

Maintenance - FT for Addiction Treatment Facility

The Housekeeping Manager is responsible for all daily activities of the housekeeping department.
This is a Full Time M-F position.
 Responsibilities:<ul><li>
Planning, organizing, and directing team members to ensure the highest degree of patient satisfaction and high standard of cleanliness consistent with licensure and accreditation.</li><li>
To monitor, check and maintain standards daily.</li><li>
Daily supervision of housekeeping staff.</li><li>
Purchase, order and maintain housekeeping supplies and inventory.</li><li>
Recruit, schedule and train all new housekeeping staff members.</li><li>
Attend all meetings applicable to the Environment of Care venue.</li><li>
Manage the housekeeping schedule.</li><li>
Monitor and maintain good working relations with suppliers for linen and general disposal of clinical waste. Ensure distribution of linens are within the continuum of care and done correctly by the staff.</li><li>
Report any maintenance problems observed either in patients&rsquo; bedrooms or around the continuum of care immediately to the Maintenance Manager or Director of Environmental Services, making sure that all the bedrooms and other rooms are in fully working order before being allocated to a patient.</li><li>
Maintain a professional and helpful attitude while on duty towards patients, consultants, and visitors.</li><li>
To liaise with all the other departments to ensure the smooth operation of the continuum of care.</li><li>
Ensure that the housekeeping staff always wear the correct uniform and name badges while on duty.</li><li>
To assist when required with the overall cleaning.</li></ul>

Requirements:
