In this role, you will oversee the sales pipeline, develop strategic marketing initiatives, and foster strong relationships with customers and business partners. Your leadership will be vital in maintaining our dealership&rsquo;s reputation for excellence while ensuring a seamless and engaging customer experience.Responsibilities<ul><li>Lead and manage the automotive sales team, setting clear goals and motivating team members to achieve targets</li><li>Develop and execute effective sales strategies, including outbound sales efforts such as cold calling and B2B outreach</li><li>Cultivate a robust sales pipeline through prospecting, networking, and utilizing CRM software for tracking leads and follow-ups</li><li>Conduct negotiations with customers, ensuring high-end sales are achieved while maintaining customer satisfaction</li><li>Upsell additional products, services, or vehicle features to maximize revenue opportunities</li><li>Oversee inventory management, inventory control, and retail math to optimize stock levels and profitability</li><li>Provide exceptional customer service by supporting clients throughout the buying process, including public speaking engagements or presentations when needed</li></ul>Experience<ul><li>Proven Sales Manager or Finance Manager experience in automotive Dealership Experience for a minimum of 2 Years.</li><li>Skilled in negotiation, upselling, and closing deals with diverse customer profiles</li><li>Familiarity with CRM software tools for managing sales pipelines and customer relationships</li><li>Excellent communication skills in multiple languages (bilingual/multilingual abilities are a plus)</li><li>Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle outbound calls, cold calling campaigns, and marketing initiatives effectively</li><li>Previous dealership experience is highly preferred; candidates should possess outstanding phone etiquette, public speaking skills, and a customer-focused mindset</li></ul>Join us at Austin Ford Jeep Ram to lead a passionate team dedicated to excellence in automotive sales!
