Key Responsibilities:<br>
<ul><li>Process deposits, withdrawals, payments, cash checks, and transfers</li><li>Assist and educate members on the use of online accounts, mobile banking and other remote channels.</li><li>Assist members with ITM/ATM transactions and questions.</li><li>Build positive member relationships by identifying member needs and recommending products/services.</li><li>Resolve routine member concerns and issues efficiently, with professionalism, and patience to attract to maintain members.</li><li>Proactive use of fraud-detection resources, to identify suspicious activity early, protect member assets, and uphold integrity of the credit union.</li><li>Support branch opening/closing procedures and assist with branch workflow and coverage</li><li>Foster a fun and collaborative environment to service our members, grow relationships and engage with your peers.
</li></ul>Qualifications:</div>
<p>Experience: One month to one year experience. Previous credit union or financial experience preferred.</p>
<p>Education: High School Diploma or GED.</p>

<ul><li>Passionate about exceptional member service and relationship building.</li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills</li><li>Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills</li><li>Proficiency with banking systems, digital tools, and Microsoft office products</li></ul></div>
<div>Employment Details:<br>
<ul><li>Location: HRCCU Cohoes Branch. *Training may be completed at other HRCCU branch locations that may require local travel!*</li><li>Payrate: $20.00-$24.00, based on candidate&rsquo;s experience, qualifications, and demonstrated skills relevant to the position.</li></ul></div>
<ul><li>Employment Status: Hourly, full-time, 36-40 hours per week, Monday through Friday with a Saturday shift rotation.</li></ul>
