As a <b>Medication Technician</b>, you are at the heart of what we do. You&rsquo;ll provide hands-on care, administer medications under nurse supervision, and serve as a <b>trusted, daily support system</b> for the individuals we serve.</p><p>

? What You&rsquo;ll Do</b></h2><ul><li>
Administer medications safely under the supervision of Program Nurses</li><li>
Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation</li><li>
Provide <b>direct care support</b>, including assistance with ADLs/IADLs</li><li>
Monitor and engage with clients throughout the day</li><li>
Co-facilitate <b>psychosocial and therapeutic activities</b></li><li>
Ensure a <b>safe, structured, and supportive environment</b> at all times</li><li>
Participate in <b>weekly team meetings and collaboration</b></li><li>
Transport clients to community activities (after training)</li><li>
Support overall program success with additional duties as needed</li></ul><h2 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>

Requirements:

Position Responsibilities</b></p><p>
Responsible for completing all pertinent clinical documentation.</p><p>
Co-facilitate psychosocial activities and therapeutic integration activities.</p><p>
Responsible for ensuring all safety measures are always adhered to and followed.</p><p>
Monitor clients at all times throughout the premises.</p><p>
Provide direct care services specific to ADLs/IADLs with clients.</p><p>
Participate in weekly team meetings.</p><p>
Transport clients to activities in the community after successfully completing vehicle training.</p><p>
Other duties as assigned by Program Manager and/or Program Nurse.</p><p>
During the COVID-19 pandemic, it is required that all employees wear pre-approved masks as designated by the CDC guidelines, to include surgical masks, KN95 masks, or N95 masks.</p></div>
