Job Description</b></h3>
<p>
We are looking for a Business Analysis Lead to own delivery across complex healthcare engagements and support the growth of our healthcare practice. This is a highly strategic and hands-on role, where you will lead requirements end-to-end, collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, and help shape scalable solutions for patient-facing digital products.</p>
<p>
You will spend most of your time on active client engagements while also contributing to business development, internal frameworks, and team growth.</p>
<h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
What You'll Be Doing</b></h3>
<ul><li>Lead the requirements process across discovery, design, and development phases for complex healthcare projects</li>
<li>Translate business needs into clear, traceable, and sprint-ready requirements</li>
<li>Collaborate with UX, design, and engineering teams to shape solutions from early stages</li>
<li>Manage multi-stakeholder environments including clinical, technical, and executive teams</li>
<li>Drive requirements for patient-facing platforms (e.g., scheduling, finders, portals)</li>
<li>Define integrations across CMS, martech platforms, and EHR systems (e.g., Epic)</li>
<li>Support and mentor junior and senior BAs across projects</li>
<li>Contribute to business development efforts, including scoping and proposals</li>
<li>Help build frameworks, templates, and best practices for the healthcare BA practice</li>
</ul><h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>What We'd Like to See</b></h3>
<ul><li>Proven experience leading BA work in complex digital environments (healthcare preferred)</li>
<li>Strong understanding of health systems, EHR platforms (e.g., Epic), and regulatory environments</li>
<li>Experience with CMS-driven solutions and component-based architectures</li>
<li>Familiarity with martech ecosystems (analytics, CDP, personalization tools)</li>
<li>Ability to write clear, testable, and scalable requirements</li>
<li>Experience collaborating closely with UX and design teams</li>
<li>Strong stakeholder management and communication skills</li>
<li>Experience supporting business development and client-facing engagements</li>
<li>Interest in mentoring and growing into a people leadership role</li>
<li>Willingness to travel and work closely with clients when needed</li>
</ul>
