About the Role
At Hugging Face, we&rsquo;re on a mission to democratize artificial intelligence through open science and open-source collaboration. Our Hub is the fastest-growing platform for machine learning, hosting millions of models, datasets, and applications.As we accelerate our monetization strategy, we're looking for our first Account Executive to join our team in the Middle East &amp; North Africa and help drive revenue growth by selling our Hub solutions and related enterprise services. 
This is a unique opportunity to be one of the first sales leaders in the MENA, shaping the future of AI while working with cutting-edge companies building the next generation of AI applications.
What You'll Do<ul>
<li>
Own the full sales cycle&mdash;from prospecting to close&mdash;for new and existing customers across the MENA area.</li>
<li>Drive revenue growth by selling Hugging Face&rsquo;s Hub offerings, including enterprise access, private spaces, team plans, and professional services.</li>
<li>Build trusted advisor relationships with technical and business stakeholders at high-growth startups, scale-ups, and enterprises.</li>
<li>Collaborate closely with marketing, product, and engineering teams to shape go-to-market strategies and align customer needs with product development.</li>
<li>Identify and act on market trends, customer feedback, and data insights to optimize sales strategies and improve conversion.</li>
<li>Partner with Developer Relations and Customer Success to ensure seamless onboarding and long-term customer satisfaction.</li>
<li>Represent Hugging Face at industry events, webinars, and customer meetings to expand brand presence and pipeline.</li>
</ul>
About You
You&rsquo;ll be a great fit if you have:<ul>
<li>
Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.</li>
<li>4+ years of experience in B2B sales in the AI, ML, or data science communities in the US. (ideally in developer tools, open-source, or AI/ML platforms)</li>
<li>Proven track record of meeting or exceeding quota in complex, technical sales environments.</li>
<li>Strong understanding of machine learning, AI, or software development workflows (you don&rsquo;t need to be an engineer, but you should be comfortable speaking with them).</li>
<li>Experience selling to technical buyers (e.g. ML engineers, data scientists, CTOs, DevOps).</li>
<li>Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to translate technical capabilities into business value.</li>
<li>A consultative sales approach&mdash;focused on understanding customer needs and delivering tailored solutions.</li>
<li>Self-starter mentality with the ability to operate independently in a rapidly evolving startup environment.</li>
</ul>
Bonus Points If You Have<ul>
<li>
Prior experience selling open-source products.</li>
<li>Familiarity with tools like Salesforce, Gong, Slack, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.</li>
<li>Hands-on experience with APIs, Git, or command-line tools.</li>
<li>Proficiency in SQL, Python, or other data analysis tools.</li>
