We&rsquo;re looking for a highly organised, proactive and people‑focused Recruitment Coordinator to join our People &amp; Culture team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong coordination or administrative experience who is ready to take the next step and develop specialist skills in recruitment.</div><div>

You don&rsquo;t need to be an experienced recruiter, we&rsquo;re looking for someone with the right mindset, attention to detail and drive to learn. In return, we&rsquo;ll support you to build your recruitment capability and grow within a busy, friendly and forward‑thinking HR team.<br>

About the role</b></h3><div><br>
As our Recruitment Coordinator, you&rsquo;ll play a key role in delivering a smooth, professional and positive recruitment experience for candidates and hiring managers across the College.<br>
</div><div>You will:</div><ul>
<li>Coordinate the full recruitment process from vacancy approval to onboarding</li>
<li>Schedule interviews, assessments and candidate communications</li>
<li>Advertise roles across our ATS, job boards and social media</li>
<li>Support managers with timelines, guidance and recruitment best practice</li>
<li>Maintain accurate records and documentation, including safer recruitment checks</li>
<li>Keep our ATS (Pinpoint) and Single Central Record up to date</li>
<li>Support recruitment reporting, metrics and process improvements</li>
<li>Contribute to employer branding and attraction activity</li>
Raise and track recruitment‑related purchase orders and monitor spend<br>

About you</b></h3><div><br>
We&rsquo;re looking for someone who brings:</div><ul>
<li>Strong organisational and coordination skills</li>
<li>Excellent written and verbal communication</li>
<li>The ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines</li>
<li>Experience in an administrative or coordination role</li>
<li>High attention to detail and accuracy</li>
<li>Confidence building relationships with stakeholders</li>
<li>Experience using systems or databases (ATS/HR systems desirable)</li>
<li>A proactive, solutions‑focused mindset</li>
Willingness to learn and develop recruitment expertise<br>
