The Intake Specialist often provides the first impression of the firm to potential clients and plays a vital role in providing our clients with excellent service by completing phone interviews and gathering information pertinent to their potential cases.</div><br>

Essential Duties/Responsibilities:</div>
<ul><li>
Accepts a broad range of customer service call types and assesses the information to make informed decisions for conversion</li><li>
Listen and identify other products to be offered</li><li>
Transfers calls as needed</li><li>
Enters information into the case management software</li><li>
Schedules office appointments for clients and notifies departments/locations</li><li>
Schedules appointments for the Field Reps to meet with current or potential clients</li><li>
Makes recommendations for other case types that may benefit the current or potential client</li></ul><br>

Required Skills/Abilities:</div>
<ul><li>
Answers telephone in a polite and professional manner</li><li>
Effectively listens to identify other case types that may benefit the current or potential client</li><li>
Display true passion for client and community service</li><li>
Ability to accurately type a minimum of 50 words per minute</li><li>
Ability to professionally multitask and meet multiple deadlines simultaneously</li><li>
Outgoing with a high level of customer service skills</li><li>
Desires accuracy and possess the ability to take pride in work</li><li>
Reliable and dependable in performing job-related tasks, finishing assigned projects, meeting deadlines and appointments.</li><li>
Strong attention to detail and accuracy</li><li>
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software programs</li></ul><br>

Education and Experience:</div>
<ul><li>
High school graduate or equivalent</li><li>
Prior call center environment experience a plus</li></ul><br>

Physical Demands, Work Environment, and Other Requirements:</div>
<ul><li>
Valid Driver&rsquo;s License, favorable driving record</li><li>
Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.</li><li>
Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times</li></ul><br>
