We are looking for an inspiring and driven ServiceNow Application Management Specialist who is passionate about shaping the future of IT Service Management and Operations in a dynamic, international environment at HUGO BOSS &#304;zmir factory. 
What you can expect:<ul>
<li>
Take over the operational responsibility for the HUGO BOSS ServiceNow platform, ensuring its stability, performance, and continuous improvement.</li>
<li>Lead and develop the Configuration Management Database (CMDB) module in ServiceNow.</li>
<li>Implementation of various IT Service Management (ITSM) and IT Operations Management (ITOM) projects and requirements, taking ownership of individual work packages.</li>
<li>Provide application support for the ServiceNow platform and advise departments on ITSM and ITOM-related questions and best practices.</li>
<li>Collaborate with stakeholders to analyze requirements, design solutions, and implement workflows, automations, and integrations within the ServiceNow platform, ensuring alignment with the Common Service Data Model (CSDM) best practices for data consistency and scalability.</li>
<li>Design and implement dashboards and reports to provide insights into IT service performance and operational efficiency.</li></ul> 
Your profile:<ul>
<li>
3+ years experience in similar roles</li>
<li>Minimum bachelor&rsquo;s degree in computer science</li>
<li>Experience in IT Service Management processes and methodologies</li>
<li>Familiar with ServiceNow or other IT Service Management tools</li>
<li>Independent, analytical and structured working style, combined with a strong service and customer orientation.</li>
<li>Confident appearance, high flexibility, as well as commitment and proactive initiative.</li>
<li>Strong English skills and excellent communication abilities, even in an international context.</li></ul>

Take ownership of the implementation, configuration, and operation of various ServiceNow modules and services.</li>
<li>Design, implement, and optimize IT services and processes in alignment with ITIL and the Common Service Data Model (CSDM) best practices, ensuring seamless integration into the ServiceNow platform.</li>
<li>Drive the development and continuous improvement of various ServiceNow modules and topics.</li>
<li>Lead and contribute to IT Service Management (ITSM) and IT Operations Management (ITOM), ensuring high-quality delivery of solutions.</li>
<li>Drive the Knowledge Management process in ServiceNow: Design, implement, and optimize the process to align with Service Design practices, ensuring it supports ITSM processes, enhances user experience, and promotes effective knowledge sharing.</li>
<li>Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, design tailored solutions, implement workflows, and integrations that enhance business processes.</li>

 Minimum 5 years of experience in HR generalist or HRBP capacity.

 Strong knowledge of labour law and HR practices.

 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
 </li>
 <li>
 Proficient in MS Office applications; SAP experience is a plus.
 </li>
 <li>
 Fluent in English (written and spoken).
