 We&rsquo;re currently looking for a Customer Service Senior Specialist for our Huhtamaki Flexible Packaging T&uuml;rkiye. In this position, Plans and follows up the entire operation process from order entry to delivery. Enhance customer relationships, ensures that the volume of work produced meets product/service standards and quality standards. Manages complaints and issues affecting.
 
 
 You will report to Customer Services Team Leader and be part of the Customer Service team.

 You will be located at our Esenyurt site in &Idot;stanbul / T&uuml;rkiye and you should be within reasonable commuting distance from here.
 
 
 
 What You&rsquo;ll Be Doing

 Manage and process incoming customer orders with accuracy and efficiency

 Respond to customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner
 </li>

 Record, track, and follow up on customer requests and feedback
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintain regular and clear communication with customers to ensure satisfaction and loyalty
 </li>
 <li>
 Coordinate with Sales, Logistics, and Production teams to ensure seamless order execution
 </li>
 <li>
 Generate reports related to order status, customer issues, and service metrics
 </li>
 <li>
 Support continuous improvement initiatives in customer service processes
 </li>
 <li>
 Provides customer service to customers and sales team to develop, sell, and successfully implement solutions that will meet the client&rsquo;s needs. Supports sales and the distribution channel and manage complaints and other issues affecting customer orders.

 We&rsquo;re currently looking for a Export Logistics Supervisor for our Huhtamaki Flexible Packaging T&uuml;rkiye. In this position, Supports end-to-end international logistics operations with strong executional focus. Ensures vehicle availability according to transportation contracts, coordinates inland deliveries abroad (DAP/DDP), and manages timely arrival of export shipments. Acts as back-up to the External Operations &amp; Logistics Procurement Manager, and is expected to learn international procedures, customs, and documentation workflows.
 
 
 You will report to Export-Import Operations Senior Manager and be part of the Export team.
 
 
 
 Where you&rsquo;ll be

 What You&rsquo;ll Be Doing

 Supports end-to-end international logistics operations with strong executional focus.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensures vehicle availability according to transportation contracts, coordinates inland deliveries abroad (DAP/DDP), and manages timely arrival of export shipments. Establishes and builds strong client relationships.
 </li>
 <li>
 Acts as back-up to the External Operations &amp; Logistics Procurement Manager, and is expected to learn international procedures, customs, and documentation workflows.
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 What You&rsquo;ll Bring To The Role
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Manages daily international logistics execution in line with company transportation agreements.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensures vehicles are arranged with 3PL partners in alignment with planned shipments and delivery terms (mainly DAP and DDP).
 </li>
 <li>
 Tracks and verifies on-time delivery of all export shipments; escalates delays and disruptions proactively.
 </li>
 <li>
 Coordinates inland transportation within destination countries through collaboration with international partners.
 </li>
 <li>
 Works closely with the Customer Service team to ensure aligned vehicle planning and timely dispatches.
 </li>
 <li>
 Provides escalation support during transportation issues, accidents, or missed arrivals.
 </li>
 <li>
 Acts as back-up to the External Operations &amp; Logistics Procurement Manager, supporting processes related to customs clearance, import/export procedures, and documentation.
 </li>
 <li>
 Expected to continuously develop knowledge in international logistics regulations and operational best practices.
 </li>
 <li>
 Contributes to cost-effective and secure logistics operations in an acceleration-focused environment.
