 has an immediate full-time opportunity for an Entry Level Architectural Staff position. This role supports Interior Designers, Architects, and Project Managers in developing design concepts and preparing design and construction drawings and assisting in construction administration for various projects.

 Education:
 
 Bachelor of Architecture or Design degree of a Bachelor level or higher. Bachelor of Arts or Bachelor of Science degree in Interior Design from an accredited school, Bachelor of Arts in Architecture from an accredited school, Bachelor of Art in Interior Architecture from an accredited school, or a Degree in Environmental Design.
 
 
 
 Duties
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Simultaneous work on multiple projects at various stages of development.
 </li>
 <li>
 Work collaboratively with the team to develop concept designs for projects.
 </li>
 <li>
 Programming and space planning.
 </li>
 <li>
 Under Senior Designer supervision, prepare project design and construction documents using Revit.
 </li>
 <li>
 Prepare various documents during the course of the project development including meeting minutes, project specifications, agency applications, etc.
 </li>
 <li>
 Visit project sites under the direction of a supervisor and assist with the documentation of findings.
 </li>
 <li>
 Assist in the processing of contractor submittals and RFIs by logging in the documents and routing them to the appropriate party for review.
 </li>
 <li>
 Attend, record, and distribute meeting minutes and assist with general project correspondence if needed.
 </li>
 <li>
 Assist or prepare graphic materials for presentation or documents.
 </li>
 <li>
 Select and prepare material finish boards/binders.
 </li>
 <li>
 Select and prepare furniture specifications.

 Qualifications
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Bachelors of Architecture or Design degree of a Bachelor level or higher. Bachelor of Arts or Bachelor of Science degree in Interior Design from an accredited school, Bachelor of Arts in Architecture from an accredited school, Bachelor of Art in Interior Architecture from an accredited school, Environmental Design.
 </li>
 <li>
 0-2 years' experience.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to read redlines and modify Revit models and other documents accurately.
 </li>
 <li>
 Some Proficiency in Revit Architecture and Microsoft Office Suite.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong problem solving/analysis.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong verbal and written communication skills.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong task-oriented time management.
 </li>
 <li>
 Proactive, team player.
 </li>
 <li>
 Previous design work experience is a plus.
 </li>
 <li>
 3D rendering software proficiency, such as Enscape and/or Lumion is a plus.
 </li>
 <li>
 Adobe Create Suite proficiency is a plus.

 Annual Base Salary Range: $75,000-$81,000 and up depending on experience and qualifications of the selected candidate(s). The expected salary range for this position is displayed in accordance with the California Equal Pay for Equal Work Act. The final agreed upon compensation is based on the success candidate's individual education, qualifications, experience, and work location. The total annual compensation package will consist of a base salary and consideration to participate in our discretionary annual bonus incentive program.

Entry Level Architectural Staff I

<div>Civil CAD Designer
Role Description: Senior civil designer will utilize AutoCAD Civil 3D to design public works and development projects including water systems, sanitary sewer systems, roads and transportation projects, utility projects, development and site grading. The candidate must be able to work independently, as well as part of a team, and possess excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.
Location: Rio Rancho, New Mexico
Reports to: Senior Project Managers
Employment type: 40 FT Hours
Education: Associates Degree in CAD/Drafting
Duties:
<ul><li>Design and plan production.</li><li>
Prepare drawings for roadway and development projects, including site grading and drainage, roadway design, and plan production/drafting.</li><li>
Prepare drawings for wastewater treatment plants, lift stations, and water plants, including onsite utilities, paving, and drainage, as well as elevation views and cross-sections of plant facilities.</li><li>
Prepare plan and profile drawings for water transmission lines and sanitary sewer gravity and force main projects.</li></ul>

<ul><li>The successful candidate will have an Associate&rsquo;s degree in CAD/Drafting, or comparable experience working for a Civil Engineering firm.</li><li>
At least 5 years of experience with AutoCAD version 2020 or newer and 6 months experience with any type of civil drafting work</li><li>
Previous experience with water/wastewater facility projects.</li><li>
Knowledge of Civil 3D, AutoCAD P&amp;ID, Carlson, and/or other AutoCAD add-on platforms is a plus.</li></ul>
