Household Helper &ndash; Housekeeper / Childcare / Meal PrepPart-Time | 10&ndash;20 Hours per Week | $16.50&ndash;$20/hrWe're a young family with two small children looking for a reliable, warm, and hands-on household helper to support us 2-4 days per week, roughly 3&ndash;5 hours per visit.What the role looks like:This is a flexible, all-around helper position. On any given day, you might be tidying up the house, keeping an eye on the kids while Mom handles something, prepping lunch or dinner, folding laundry, or running a quick errand. No two days will look exactly the same &mdash; we're looking for someone who's comfortable rolling with whatever the household needs that day.Responsibilities may include:<ul><li>Housekeeping (cleaning, dishes, laundry, organizing)</li><li>Supervising and engaging with two young children</li><li>Simple meal and snack prep</li><li>Light errands as needed</li><li>General household support</li></ul>What we're looking for:<ul><li>Dependable and punctual &mdash; we're counting on you</li><li>Comfortable around small children and genuinely enjoys being around kids</li><li>Self-starter who can see what needs to be done without being asked</li><li>Trustworthy, respectful, kind and easy to communicate with</li><li>Prior experience with childcare or housekeeping preferred but not required</li><li>Must have reliable transportation</li></ul>Additional Perk: We may offer to have you travel with us on family trips/vacations (at our expense of course).Schedule: 2-4 days per week (days flexible / to be discussed), approximately 4&ndash;5 hours per visitPay: $16.50&ndash;$20 per hour depending on experienceLocation: In our home (local candidates only)This is a great fit for someone who enjoys helping families, likes variety in their day, and takes pride in making a home run smoothly.
