 Role Overview
 
 
 
 
 
 
 The Head of Product &ndash; AI Edge Devices will be responsible for leading Humain&rsquo;s AI edge product portfolio, including AI PCs, AI-powered cameras, smart glasses, drones, and AI home assistants. This executive role will drive the end-to-end product lifecycle, owning product development, engineering execution, technical sales enablement, and full P&amp;L accountability.
 
 
 
 
 
 The successful candidate will combine deep technical expertise, product leadership, and commercial acumen to bring cutting-edge AI devices to global markets, ensuring they are not just visionary but deliver measurable impact at scale.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Key Responsibilities
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Product Leadership &amp; Development
 
 
 
 &bull; Define the product vision, roadmap, and strategy for Humain&rsquo;s AI Devices portfolio.
 
 
 &bull; Drive requirements gathering, design, and innovation of hardware-software integrated
 
 
 
 
 
 
 products
 
 (AI PCs, cameras, smart glasses, drones, AI home assistants).
 
 
 &bull; Ensure seamless integration with Humain&rsquo;s AI platforms, cloud infrastructure, and
 
 ecosystem.
 
 
 
 &bull; Translate customer needs and market trends into differentiated products.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Engineering &amp; Execution
 
 
 
 &bull; Lead cross-functional engineering teams (hardware, firmware, software, AI integration).
 
 
 &bull; Oversee design, prototyping, testing, and readiness for mass production.
 
 
 &bull; Implement world-class product development processes with speed, scalability, and
 
 quality.
 
 
 
 &bull; Ensure regulatory, compliance, and safety standards are met globally.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Technical Sales &amp; Market Enablement
 
 
 
 &bull; Partner with sales and business development teams to drive adoption and revenue
 
 growth
 
 .
 
 
 &bull; Provide technical leadership in customer engagements, showcasing product capabilities.
 
 
 &bull; Develop strategic relationships with OEMs, chipset vendors, ODMs, and distribution
 
 partners.
 
 
 
 &bull; Equip go-to-market teams with tools, demos, and narratives to win in both enterprise and consumer markets.
 
 
 
 Financial &amp; P&amp;L Ownership
 
 
 
 &bull; Own full P&amp;L for the AI Devices BU.
 
 
 &bull; Define pricing, cost, and margin strategies to ensure profitable growth.
 
 
 &bull; Manage budgets, forecasts, and capital allocation.
 
 
 &bull; Drive operational efficiency, supply chain resilience, and scale economics.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Qualifications
 
 
 
 &bull; Experience: 15+ years in product development, hardware/software engineering, or AI-enabled device leadership, with at least 5 years in an executive role owning P&amp;L.
 
 
 &bull; Expertise: Strong background in AI devices, consumer electronics, or edge computing. Experience with smart home products, robotics, or IoT ecosystems is highly desirable.
 
 
 &bull; Leadership: Proven ability to lead multi-disciplinary teams (engineering, product, sales) across global geographies.
 
 
 &bull; Commercial Acumen: Track record of launching and scaling device businesses with measurable financial success.
 
 
 &bull; Visionary &amp; Hands-on: Ability to think strategically about future AI edge applications while diving deep into technical and execution details.
 
 
 &bull; Education: Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in engineering, Computer Science, or related field (MBA or advanced technical degree preferred).
