 Role Overview:
 
 
 
 As a Clinical Documentation Operator, you will play a key role in managing recording equipment and ensuring seamless audio capture during physician&ndash;patient consultations. This role is critical in supporting efficient workflows and delivering a high-quality experience for our partners, especially during our pilot phase.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Key Responsibilities:
 
 
 
 &bull; Prepare and set up recording equipment prior to consultations
 
 
 &bull; Verify patient information (MRN, name) and align with the physician on the consultation workflow
 
 
 &bull; Initiate and stop recording during physician-patient consultations
 
 
 &bull; Monitor audio quality to ensure clear and complete capture
 
 
 &bull; Troubleshoot technical issues (e.g., microphone, connectivity) in real time
 
 
 &bull; Trigger the generation of clinical notes through the system
 
 
 &bull; Support physicians in reviewing generated clinical notes
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Qualifications:
 
 
 
 &bull; Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in a technical field (e.g., Information Technology, Information Systems, or Software Engineering)
 
 
 &bull; At least one year of relevant experience is preferred but not a must.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Technical Skills:
 
 
 
 &bull; Front-end software engineering skills
 
 
 &bull; Experience working with developer tools
 
 
 &bull; Technical troubleshooting (connectivity, device setup, system access)
 
 
 &bull; Basic documentation and issue reporting skills
 
 
 &bull; Good understanding of UI/UX workflows and user interaction
