This part-time hybrid role is perfect for someone looking to grow their marketing skills while supporting a community-focused brand.You&rsquo;ll help elevate the company&rsquo;s digital presence by capturing field content, curating social media posts, maintaining online listings, and supporting marketing initiatives. If you're self-motivated, creative, and eager to learn, this is a great opportunity to develop hands-on experience.Responsibilities<ul><li>Create, schedule, and manage posts across social platforms (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, TikTok, Pinterest)</li><li>Capture, film, and edit photo/video content from job sites</li><li>Edit images and curate content that aligns with brand style</li><li>Maintain and update Google Business Profile</li><li>Assist with blog writing and content publishing</li><li>Support coordination and promotion of community/educational events</li><li>Communicate with website host for basic troubleshooting and updates (no coding needed)</li><li>Participate in job site visits to capture digital content (reliable transportation required)</li></ul>Required Qualifications<ul><li>Interest in marketing, social media, and content creation</li><li>Basic understanding of marketing design principles</li><li>Familiarity with Canva, CapCut, or similar editing tools</li><li>Strong visual and written communication skills</li><li>Willingness to learn, adapt, and explore new marketing trends</li><li>Reliable, positive attitude with good time-management skills</li><li>Comfortable working remotely and on active job sites</li></ul>Preferred Qualifications<ul><li>Familiarity with WordPress</li><li>Basic understanding of Google Analytics and Google Ads</li><li>Experience with email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp)</li><li>Understanding of SEO/SEM fundamentals</li><li>Previous internship or freelance experience</li><li>Experience using CRM tools</li></ul>Physical Requirements<ul><li>Ability to work in outdoor and construction environments</li><li>Frequent standing, walking, bending, and kneeling</li><li>Ability to lift/carry up to 25 lbs (camera equipment, tripod, etc.)</li><li>Exposure to loud noise and varying weather conditions</li><li>Must be able to travel throughout Greater Houston (mileage reimbursed per policy)</li></ul>Job Type: Part-timeWork Location: Hybrid remote in Alvin, TX 77511
