<div>Terraces of Phoenix, a HumanGood community located in Phoenix, AZ, is hiring a Med Tech to join our team. Under general Nursing supervision, the Certified Medication Technician works 100% of their own time on this position functions and evaluates the medical and emergency needs of residents in Assisted living, Personal care, Memory Care and Residential living and identifies and monitors current health problems of residents.

Salary is $18.00 to $22.75 per hour based on experience

Schedule:
 
Saturday &amp; Sunday - 6am - 2pm 
Tuesday &amp; Friday - 2pm - 10pm

Qualifications
<ul>
<li>Education &ndash; High School Diploma or equivalent preferred. Successful completion of the Certified Caregiver Program. Certification is required for entry for this position</li>
<li>Experience/Training &ndash; Minimum of one year experience preferred</li>
<li>Certificates, Licenses, Registrations &ndash; Certified Caregiver Certificate CPR AZ Fingerprint Clearance Card</li>

Med Tech - FT

<div>Spring Mill Pointe is seeking Med Tech to join our team!

Details:

Pay: $18-20 depending on experience + weekend differential!

Schedule: Week 1: Tuesday &amp; Friday

 Week 2: Wednesday &amp; Friday

Shift: 7pm-7am

The Med Tech is responsible for the nursing needs of residents, while actively incorporating our &ldquo;Philosophy for Person-Directed Care&quot;. Ensures a safe and healthy environment for residents, staff, and visitors to participate in the resident's daily life rhythm. Develops assignments in coordination with the care partners and keeps each team member accountable for resident care and satisfaction.

A day in the life may look like:
<ul>
<li>Provides resident care, including administering medications and documenting each treatment</li>
<li>Maintain communication with doctors, laboratory, pharmacy, and residents' families concerning resident care</li>
<li>Promotes and protects the rights of each resident</li>
</ul>
To be successful in the role, you would have:
<ul>
<li>Current Med Tech certification</li>
<li>Current CPR certification is a plus</li>
<li>Prior nursing experience: senior care, skilled nurse, post-acute or sub-acute care</li>
</ul>

<div>ONC - Days &amp; Times Vary - $18.00 to $25.25 per hour based on experience

Las Ventanas, a Human Good community, located in Las Vegas, Nevada

Under general supervision, the Medication Attendant is responsible for assisting Assisted Living and Memory Care residents as directed by a care plan or agreement. This position has the responsibility of providing residents assistance with activities of daily living including assistance with medications according to physician orders. Sets up, monitors and disperses medicines to residents.

Work Duties
<ul>
<li>Sets up medication for residents and provides medication, under the direction and monitoring of a licensed nurse, and according to physician orders. May order/re-order medications.</li>
<li>Records and documents all medication, treatment and care provided to residents.</li>
<li>Gives medication to patients and observes ingestion or other application, or administers medication, using specified procedures.</li>
<li>Reads communication books in the Wellness office and Lodge for medication changes.</li>
<li>Sets up new treatments or medication changes.</li>
<li>Takes verbal orders from MDs and communicates with MD confirming medication changes.</li>
<li>Assures medications are ordered on time to prevent residents from missing doses.</li>
<li>Takes blood pressures and pulses when needed for determining drug dosing.</li>
</ul>
