<div>The Maintenance Tech II performs work in connection with the operation, maintenance, and security of building, grounds, and facilities in order to ensure efficient plant operation.

Pay range $25.00-$27.00 per hour depending on experience.

Full time Monday-Friday, 7:30am-4:00pm.

A day in the life might include:
<ul><li>planning, scheduling, participating in, and inspecting the work of outside contractors engaged in the operation, maintenance, repair, and safeguarding of buildings and Community</li>
</ul>
To be successful in the role, you would have:
<ul>
<li>4+ years of previous experience in building maintenance or construction, or any equivalent combination of training and experience</li>
<li>Certification, license or equivalent as required under state and/or local regulation to operate or repair certain equipment in a technical field such as HVAC, building trades or building utilities program preferred</li>
<li>High school diploma or equivalent</li>
<li>Current &amp; valid Drivers&rsquo; License and driving record free of major infractions</li>
<li>Availability that includes evenings and some weekends</li>
</ul>
Must have experience with RealPage OneSite or similar software, MS Office, including Outlook, Teams, and Excel. Must have current driver&rsquo;s license and insurable to drive community vehicle. 
Under limited supervision, the Maintenance II performs semi-skilled work in connection with the operation, maintenance, and security of building, grounds, and facilities on order to ensure efficient plant operation. Plans, schedules, participates in, and inspects the work of outside contractors. Completes work orders in a timely manner. Anticipates community needs, including set up for community events. 
Janitorial duties may be necessary on occasion. This includes cleaning common areas, waste removal, vacuuming/mopping floors, wiping down surfaces, etc&hellip; 
Team Member may be on call in case of emergency. As a representative of the company, professional, empathetic customer service is expected at all times.

Maintenance Technician 2

<div>Royal Oaks, a HumanGood community in Duarte, CA, is hiring a Per Diem Maintenance Tech I. Under direct supervision, Maintenance Technician I performs unskilled maintenance work in the daily and preventive care, repair, and maintenance of building systems and equipment; performs plumbing, electrical, roofing, flooring, masonry, painting, mechanical, and carpentry work. As a representative and team member of the environmental services department, this position is expected to present itself in a manner that reflects professionalism and ensures resident satisfaction.

Status: Per Diem

Salary: $20.00 - $22.10 p/h based on experience

Shift: The shifts and workdays vary based on departmental needs: Hours of operation are between 6:30 a.m. - 7:00 p.m.

To be successful in the role, you would have experience in the following areas:

<li>Perform routine maintenance and repairs</li>
<li>Install, repair, and dispose of materials</li>
<li>Handle supply management</li>
<li>Operate and maintain community and maintenance equipment</li>
<li>Respond to work orders promptly</li>
<li>Handle general plumbing and electrical tasks</li>
<li>Keep work areas clean and orderly</li>
