<div>The Regional Employee Relations Manager serves as a strategic Human Resources partner to operational and HR leaders across a multi-site portfolio of Life Plan Communities. The role is responsible for leading complex employee relations matters, conducting workplace investigations, advising leaders on policy and employment risk, and supporting consistent, compliant, and effective HR practices across the region.

This position also contributes to broader regional HR priorities, including talent management, leadership support, organizational effectiveness, compliance, and workforce planning. The role operates with a high degree of judgment and discretion in a complex, multi-site senior living environment.

Key responsibilities:
<ul>
<li>Leads prompt, thorough, and impartial investigations into team member complaints and workplace concerns, including allegations involving harassment, discrimination, retaliation, policy violations, and workplace conflict. Documents findings, assess credibility, and provide well-supported recommendations to leadership.</li>
<li>Serves as a trusted advisor to Executive Directors, community HR leaders, and regional operational leadership by providing guidance on employee relations issues, policy application, corrective action, and employment risk.</li>
<li>Promotes consistent and fair application of HR policies, practices, and corrective actions across supported communities, while helping leaders balance business needs, employee experience, and compliance obligations.</li>
<li>Supports community HR leaders in day-to-day HR operations and employee relations matters, helping ensure consistent execution of HR practices across the region.</li>
<li>Interprets and applies company policies and employment laws, including wage and hour requirements and other federal, state, and local employment obligations relevant to the supported communities.</li>
<li>Partners with HR and operational leadership on broader regional initiatives involving talent management, performance management, succession planning, workforce planning, organizational design, and leadership effectiveness.</li>
<li>Monitors and identifies trends in employee relations, turnover, engagement, and other workforce indicators, and recommends proactive actions to reduce risk and improve organizational effectiveness.</li>
<li>Designs and delivers coaching and training for leaders and HR partners on topics such as performance management, conflict resolution, workplace investigations, policy application, and HR best practices.</li>
<li>Maintains accurate, timely, and well-organized documentation related to investigations, employee relations matters, and other sensitive HR issues.</li>
<li>Partners with senior HR leadership and Legal on escalated, high-risk, or litigation-related matters, including matters involving significant legal, reputational, or operational exposure.</li></ul> 


To be successful in this role, you should have:
<ul>
<li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.</li>
<li>5-8 years of progressive Human Resources experience, including substantial employee relations responsibility.</li>
<li>Demonstrated experience conducting workplace investigations.</li>
<li>Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations; multi-state experience preferred. Experience with CA is required.</li>
<li>Ability to manage multiple priorities across geographically dispersed locations.</li>
<li>Strong judgment in handling sensitive and confidential matters.</li>
<li>Strong communication, coaching, conflict resolution, and influencing skills.</li>
<li>Analytical and problem-solving skills sufficient to assess risk, interpret facts, and recommend practical solutions.</li>
<li>Ability to travel to support communities as needed (about 25%)</li></ul>

Regional Employee Relations Manager

<div>In this position, you will manage and optimize HumanGood&rsquo;s learning management system (LMS), ensuring it serves as the central source of truth for training, compliance, and learning records. You&rsquo;ll play a key role in supporting audit readiness and delivering a consistent, user-friendly learning experience across the organization.

You&rsquo;ll partner with Learning &amp; Development, Compliance, community teams, IT, and vendors to ensure training is accurately assigned, tracked, and reported.

Typical responsibilities include:
<ul>
<li>Administer the LMS, including user access, course setup, assignments, transcripts, and training records</li>
<li>Execute and track training plans, ensuring compliance requirements are met</li>
<li>Monitor training completion, identify gaps, and coordinate follow-up with stakeholders</li>
<li>Ensure all training records, certifications, and in-services are accurate and audit-ready</li>
<li>Maintain data integrity through consistent system setup, reporting, and LMS standards</li>
<li>Create reports and dashboards on compliance, participation, and training progress</li>
<li>Support learning plan configuration in a way that balances compliance with team member experience</li>
<li>Identify system issues and recommend improvements to processes and user experience</li>
<li>Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to troubleshoot issues and support learning initiatives</li>
</ul>
To be successful in this role, you should have:
<ul>
<li>3&ndash;5 years of LMS or similar system administration experience</li>
<li>Experience with compliance training tracking and reporting</li>
<li>Strong analytical, data management, and problem-solving skills</li>
<li>Ability to manage multiple priorities with a high level of accuracy</li>
<li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, such as creating reports or dashboards</li>
<li>Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain system processes and learning records clearly to users and leaders.</li>
</ul>
Preferred:
<ul>
<li>Experience with systems like Cornerstone, Workday Learning, Relias, or UKG</li>
<li>Experience in healthcare, senior living, or other regulated environments</li>
<li>Familiarity with role-based or competency-based learning programs</li>
<li>Experience partnering with vendors, IT, instructional design, and learning effectiveness teams.</li></ul>

Location: this position is remote with occasional travel. Candidates must be located in a state in which HumanGood operates to be considered (CA, PA, WA, OR, ID, NV, AZ, MA).

LMS Administrator - senior living

<div>Wage Range- $22.00 to $30.38/hour- based on years of experience.

Shift available: Sunday DAY- 6 am to 2 pm- Memory Support

Stipends available per schedule

Under general Nursing supervision, the Certified Medication Technician works 100% of their time on this position functions and evaluates the medical and emergency needs of residents in Assisted Living, Personal Care, Memory Care and Residential Living environments and identifies and monitors current health problems of residents. Also provides services to promote and maintain the health and safety of the residents.

Work Duties
<ul>
<li>Assists resident with prescribed medications and maintains related medical records under supervision of the qualified nurse supervisor;</li>
<li>Verifies identity of resident receiving medication and records name of drug, dosage, route, and time of administration on specified forms or records;</li>
<li>Presents medication to resident and observes ingestion or other application, or administers medication, using specified procedures according to the local state guidelines;</li>
<li>Ensures safe, accurate assistance with resident medication, including physician order verification, interaction with pharmacies, checking medications for accuracy/correctness;</li>
<li>Review and complete the Medication Administration Record (MAR) to record the physician orders and medications;</li>
<li>Documents reasons prescribed drugs are not administered;</li>
<li>Will ensure assistance of resident&rsquo;s medication in a timely manner as prescribed by physician&rsquo;s orders;</li>
</ul>
To be successful in the role, you would have:
<ul>
<li>Certified Nursing Assistant certificate</li>
<li>Certified Medication Tech training</li>
<li>Prior CNA or caregiving experience required</li>
</ul>
