The Med Tech is responsible for the nursing needs of residents, while actively incorporating our &ldquo;Philosophy for Person-Directed Care&quot;. Ensures a safe and healthy environment for residents, staff, and visitors to participate in the residents' daily life rhythm. Develops assignments in coordination with the care partners and keeps each team member accountable for resident care and satisfaction.

Details: 
Full-Time, 37.5 hours, 3:00pm to 11:00pm 
Weekend + Holiday rotation 
$20.00 - $21.00/hour + $1.00/hour shift differential on weekend

A day in the life may look like:

<li>Provides resident care, including administering medications and documenting each treatment</li>
<li>Maintain communication with doctors, laboratory, pharmacy, and residents' families concerning resident care</li>

To be successful in the role, you would have:
<ul><li>Current Med Tech certification is a plus</li>

Certified Medication Technician - Memory Support

<div>Hillside in McMinnville, OR, a HumanGood community nationally rated as 2025-2026 Best Senior Living community for Independent Living and Memory Care by U.S News &amp; World Report, is looking for talented Medication Technician to join our team!

Under general Nursing supervision, the Certified Medication Technician works 100% of their time on this position functions and evaluates the medical and emergency needs of residents in Assisted Living, Personal Care, Memory Care and Residential Living environments and identifies and monitors current health problems of residents. Also provides services to promote and maintain the health and safety of the residents.

Schedules Available:

Part-Time 6am-2pm Thursday-Saturday

Pay range: $21+ per hour, base pay, depending on experience.

Shift Differentials: Weekday NOC $1, Weekend Day/Eve $2, Weekend NOC $3

To be successful in the role, you would have:

<li>A minimum of one year of experience passing medication</li>
<li>Current Med Tech certification is a plus</li>

Med Tech AL Part-Time

<div>Terraces of Phoenix, a HumanGood community located in Phoenix, AZ, is hiring a Med Tech to join our team. Under general Nursing supervision, the Certified Medication Technician works 100% of their own time on this position functions and evaluates the medical and emergency needs of residents in Assisted living, Personal care, Memory Care and Residential living and identifies and monitors current health problems of residents.

Salary is $18.00 to $22.75 per hour based on experience

Schedule:
 
Saturday &amp; Sunday - 6am - 2pm 
Tuesday &amp; Friday - 2pm - 10pm

Qualifications

Med Tech

<div>ONC - Days &amp; Times Vary - $18.00 to $25.25 per hour based on experience

Las Ventanas, a Human Good community, located in Las Vegas, Nevada

Under general supervision, the Medication Attendant is responsible for assisting Assisted Living and Memory Care residents as directed by a care plan or agreement. This position has the responsibility of providing residents assistance with activities of daily living including assistance with medications according to physician orders. Sets up, monitors and disperses medicines to residents.

Work Duties
<ul>
<li>Sets up medication for residents and provides medication, under the direction and monitoring of a licensed nurse, and according to physician orders. May order/re-order medications.</li>
<li>Records and documents all medication, treatment and care provided to residents.</li>
<li>Gives medication to patients and observes ingestion or other application, or administers medication, using specified procedures.</li>
<li>Reads communication books in the Wellness office and Lodge for medication changes.</li>
<li>Sets up new treatments or medication changes.</li>
<li>Takes verbal orders from MDs and communicates with MD confirming medication changes.</li>
<li>Assures medications are ordered on time to prevent residents from missing doses.</li>
<li>Takes blood pressures and pulses when needed for determining drug dosing.</li>
</ul>
