We are seeking a Senior Technology Leadership Professional to drive the strategic adoption and expansion of a Cloud HR Data Platform, with integrated responsibilities for Anaplan Workforce Planning. The role will advance the organization's HR data capabilities by leveraging cloud technologies, overseeing HR planning and analytics through Anaplan, and championing agile delivery practices.
The Senior Technology Leadership Professional works with design engineering and test team to drive products from design completion to volume production release. Serve as a key stakeholder in the rollout of Anaplan for Workforce Planning, ensuring end-to-end understanding of its functionality, adoption, and business impact.</li><li>
Support cross-functional teams in leveraging Anaplan for HR planning, analytics, and modeling, and advocate for best practices.</li><li>
Oversee data architecture, integration, and transformation processes for HR data from systems including Workday.</li><li>

The Medical Records Retrieval Specialist conducts quality assurance audits of medical records and ICD‑9/10 diagnosis codes submitted to the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) and other government agencies. This is a remote role with field‑based responsibility, requiring travel to provider offices to retrieve, review, and validate medical records on‑site in or around the Kansas City, MO area.

The Lead Data Engineer is responsible for leading the modernization, optimization, and stabilization of the Wisconsin Medicaid Market's data platform ecosystem across two independent health plan technology stacks. This role owns the market's Data Warehouse and ODS, drives ETL/data movement strategy (including SSIS modernization), and improves the reliability, observability, and security posture of data pipelines supporting critical Medicaid operations. 
The Lead Data Engineer partners closely with the Market BI team as their IT counterpart to improve data access and flow, including establishing and managing Databricks pipeline patterns and platform enablement as the BI environment evolves.
The Lead Data Engineer owns and evolves the Wisconsin Medicaid Market's data stores and data movement ecosystem, including the Data Warehouse and ODS, and the ETL processes that connect vendor and internal systems. This role is accountable for modernizing and optimizing the market's data platform to improve reliability, reduce technical debt, strengthen observability/fault tolerance, and increase engineering efficiency in a complex dual-stack environment.

To help deliver on this mission, we are seeking a Senior Professional, Stars &amp; Clinical Marketing to support development and execution of member marketing that improves Stars performance and clinical outcomes. This role will be a key day-to-day operator for Stars and clinical engagement work&mdash;partnering with the AVP and team Leads to translate priorities into clear plans, coordinate delivery, and keep work on track through strong tracking, measurement, and follow-through. This position will leverage Humana&rsquo;s world-class marketing organization to drive health quality outcomes&mdash;improving member health and well-being while strengthening Humana&rsquo;s sustainable financial future. Reporting to the AVP, Stars &amp; Clinical Marketing, this position will support the AVP and Stars &amp; Clinical Marketing team to advance priorities across the member engagement portfolio. This role will work closely with the broader Marketing organization and operators across the company that support Stars performance and clinical outcomes. This role helps ensure efforts are organized, measurable, and executed effectively&mdash;so we can help our members achieve their best health.</div><div> 
Key Responsibilities:</div><div><ul><li>
Support execution of Stars and clinical campaigns from intake through launch, measurement, and optimization (briefs, timelines, deliverables)</li></ul></div><div><ul><li>
Own campaign operations and tracking (status, dependencies, risks, approvals) and maintain integrated trackers and team cadence</li></ul></div><div><ul><li>
Support AVP/Leads by gathering requirements, drafting briefs, documenting decisions, and tracking next steps with Stars and select clinical partners</li></ul></div><div><ul><li>
Coordinate with the Hive and vendors on creative/collateral: request intake, feedback consolidation, compliance support, and on-time delivery</li></ul></div><div><ul><li>
Set up measurement with analytics (KPIs, tracking, cadence); maintain scorecards/readouts, validate inputs, and surface trends/opportunities</li></ul></div><div><ul><li>
Prepare governance updates, capture decisions/action items, and follow up on commitments; coordinate inputs for personalization/NBA as needed</li></ul></div><div><ul><li>
Coordinate touchpoint alignment across Stars &amp; Clinical Marketing and partners (calendars, journeys, channel plans) to reduce abrasion</li></ul></div><div><ul><li>

Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Public Health, or a related field (or equivalent work experience)</li></ul></div><div><ul><li>
3+ years of experience in marketing, consulting, program management, analytics, or a related role delivering cross-functional work in a matrixed environment</li></ul></div><div><ul><li>
Demonstrated ability to drive work through collaboration and influence&mdash;coordinating stakeholders, maintaining action plans, and supporting delivery of shared outcomes</li></ul></div><div><ul><li>

Experience with consumer insights and segmentation, including experience commissioning or leveraging research to evolve marketing strategy and grow market share.</li><li>
