You will utilize a range of tools, technologies, applications, and best practices to collect, integrate, analyze, and present raw data from systems such as CRM, AVAYA, NICE QC, Nexidia, and WFM. Your work will enable the creation of actionable business information and help shape departmental strategies. You will make decisions regarding technical approaches for project components and manage requirements for customer service, government reporting, and operational reporting, including non-clinical quality control. You will report to an Associate Director of Business Intelligence.
Key Accountabilities -<ul><li>
Conducts detailed trend analysis using data from multiple sources and builds operational dashboards in Tableau and other BI tools. Provides critical insights and visualizations to senior leaders, helping inform decisions around business processes and practices.</li><li>
Executes ad hoc data queries to address immediate business needs, delivering clear, actionable insights to support business operations.</li><li>
Develops and maintains reporting for contact center operations, including the creation and submission of government-required reports, ensuring compliance and accuracy.</li></ul><h1 class="jobSectionHeader">

Successfully receive interim approval for government security clearance (NBIS - National Background Investigation Service)</li><li>

Bachelor's degree</li><li>
3 years experience with SQL including ability to build queries from scratch, join disparate data sets together, and how to optimize code</li><li>
3 years of experience building and publishing end user facing dashboards with data visualization tools such as Tableau and/or Power BI</li><li>
3 years of data analysis experience to solve business problems</li><li>
3 years of experience working with large complex data sets within large organizations</li></ul>

Work at Home Requirements

The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting. As the Organization Effectiveness Lead, you will be a strategic partner and subject-matter expert who drives initiatives designed to enhance overall organizational performance. This role combines advanced project management capabilities, exceptional presentation skills, and meticulous meeting planning to support senior leadership in decision-making and change management. Key Responsibilities
Executive Presentations &amp; Pitch Deck Development<ul><li>
Collaborate with senior leadership to translate strategic objectives into compelling, data‑driven presentations and pitch decks</li><li>
Leverage advanced skills in PowerPoint (or similar tools) to create visually engaging, brand‑aligned slides that articulate complex concepts succinctly</li><li>
Design and iterate on multiple deck versions, incorporating stakeholder feedback while maintaining consistency in messaging and tone</li><li>
Ensure all materials are polished to an executive standard (including slide decks for board meetings, investor pitches, and leadership off-sites)</li></ul>
