Our mission is to deliver world-class wellness and longevity care and to position Humanaut Health as a national thought leader in proactive health and optimization.The RoleWe&rsquo;re looking for a Social Media Manager with 2&ndash;3 years of experience to help us turn Humanaut into a nationally known brand in proactive health and longevity.This role starts with repurposing our large content library &mdash; podcasts, interviews, and videos &mdash; into short-form content across Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, Facebook, and X. Then, you&rsquo;ll help us build a forward-looking content strategy, support periodic filming and production sessions with our clinicians, and ensure we respond quickly to new research developments and industry news.Your work will provide value to users, build trust with our audience, and drive business. Expect to post several times per week across all platforms, keep our content engine running smoothly, and ensure Humanaut Health becomes the brand people think of when they think of proactive health and longevity.Responsibilities<ul><li>Repurpose and edit long-form content into short, engaging posts</li><li>Edit video content using CapCut, Adobe Premiere, Final Cut, Descript, or Opus Clip</li><li>Manage posting cadence and scheduling using Blotato</li><li>Track performance and optimize content for engagement and leads</li><li>Support filming and production sessions with clinicians</li><li>Help clinicians respond quickly to new research developments with fast-turn content</li><li>Keep our content consistent, credible, and thought-leader driven</li></ul>You Are<ul><li>2&ndash;3 years into your career and ready for more ownership</li><li>Highly organized and thrive in a fast-paced startup</li><li>Strong with AI and editing tools and quick to adapt to new platforms</li><li>Understand how to communicate across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube</li><li>Resourceful and entrepreneurial &mdash; you treat your role like a micro-business inside Humanaut</li><li>Motivated by the mission of building national thought leadership in longevity</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>2&ndash;3 years of social media or content creation experience</li><li>Proficient in CapCut, Adobe Premiere, Descript, Opus Clip, or FinalCut</li><li>Familiar with AI tools like Blotato, Hera AI, Higgsfield </li><li>Deep knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube and platform-specific best practices</li><li>Based in Austin, TX (hybrid required)</li><li>Bonus: automation skills (Make.com, n8n)</li></ul>Compensation &amp; Perks<ul><li>$55,000&ndash;$70,000/year, depending on experience</li><li>Health benefits and substantial employee discounts on Humanaut&rsquo;s services</li><li>Additional benefits including 401K, life insurance and paid parental leave</li><li>Paid company holidays and unlimited employee vacation days</li><li>Hybrid and flexible work environment - 2-3 days per week in office</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: $55,000.00 - $70,000.00 per yearWork Location: Hybrid remote in Austin, TX 78704
