Job Description: Officer &ndash; SFE (Sales Force Effectiveness)Location: Mumbai &ndash; Head Office Department: Sales &amp; Marketing / Sales Support Reports to: Executive &ndash; Sales Force Effectiveness (SFE)Role OverviewThe Officer &ndash; SFE will provide administrative and operational support to the sales team to ensure effective sales force operations. This includes managing sales data, preparing reports, coordinating with field staff, processing orders, and ensuring smooth execution of sales-related processes. The role requires strong organizational skills, accuracy in data handling, and coordination across multiple teams.Key Responsibilities1. Sales Support &amp; Coordination<ul><li>Act as a central point of coordination between sales teams, distributors, and internal departments.</li><li>Support the sales force with documentation, order processing, and communication requirements.</li><li>Manage queries from field staff and ensure timely resolution.</li></ul>2. Order Management &amp; Documentation<ul><li>Process sales orders and ensure accurate entry in ERP/CRM systems.</li><li>Coordinate with logistics and supply chain teams for timely product dispatch.</li><li>Maintain sales documentation such as agreements, approvals, and order records.</li></ul>3. Data Management &amp; Reporting<ul><li>Maintain and update sales data, targets, and achievements.</li><li>Generate MIS reports on sales performance, territory-wise data, and outstanding payments.</li><li>Track and reconcile sales incentives, claims, and promotional schemes.</li></ul>4. Compliance &amp; Policy Adherence<ul><li>Ensure adherence to company policies on pricing, discounts, and credit terms.</li><li>Support audits by providing required sales and documentation records.</li><li>Assist in monitoring field compliance with company guidelines.</li></ul>5. Cross-Functional Collaboration<ul><li>Coordinate with Finance, HR, and Supply Chain for sales-related requirements.</li><li>Provide timely information to Sales Managers for decision-making.</li><li>Assist in planning and execution of sales meetings, reviews, and training programs.</li></ul>Experience Required<ul><li>6 months to 1 year of experience in Sales Administration, Sales Support, or Commercial Operations (pharma/FMCG preferred).</li><li>Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and ERP/CRM systems.</li><li>Strong analytical and reporting skills.</li><li>Good communication and coordination abilities.</li></ul>Key Competencies<ul><li>Strong attention to detail and accuracy</li><li>Data management &amp; analytical ability</li><li>Team coordination &amp; stakeholder management</li><li>Proficiency in MS Office &amp; ERP tools</li><li>Problem-solving and multitasking skills</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;100,000.00 - &#8377;250,000.00 per month
