 to lead and scale one of its key manufacturing plants in Saudi Arabia.
 
 
 The site specializes in the manufacturing of
 
 valves and technical equipment for the Oil &amp; Gas sector
 
 .
 
 
 
 
 
 Key Responsibilities
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Full leadership of a manufacturing site undergoing major expansion.
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Full P&amp;L ownership
 
 : financial management, revenue growth, operational optimization, and strong corporate finance acumen.
 </li>
 <li>
 Oversee Production, Quality, Maintenance, Supply Chain, HR, and Finance.
 </li>
 <li>
 Implement world-class manufacturing practices and structured processes.
 </li>
 <li>
 Build and lead a high-performing leadership team.
 </li>
 <li>
 Lead mid- and long-term investment projects (new production lines, capacity increase, modernization).
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure compliance with international manufacturing standards (e.g., ISO, API, ASME).
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintain structured and regular reporting to Group HQ.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 Profile Requirements
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 
 Proven experience in heavy equipment manufacturing (mandatory)
 
 : valves, pumps, pressure equipment, or similar highly engineered products.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong background in the
 
 Oil &amp; Gas or Energy sector
 
 .
 </li>
 <li>
 Full P&amp;L ownership at plant or business unit level.
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Strong corporate finance skills
 
 : budgeting, financial planning &amp; analysis, investment evaluation, cost control, and financial reporting.
 </li>
 <li>
 Solid operational experience in
 
 Saudi Arabia (mandatory)
 
 .
 </li>
 <li>
 Fluent English required; Arabic highly appreciated.
 </li>
 <li>
 20+ years of industrial leadership experience.
 </li>
