<p></p><div><p>The Account Manager is responsible for the day-to-day servicing of existing clients in tandem with the Risk Advisor. The Account Manager is responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with existing clients. Essential functions include facilitating policy changes, processing renewals and certificates, generating quotes and supporting all other daily client needs.

</p><ul><li>Supports the Risk Advisor by providing service to existing clients with a focus on client retention.
</li><li>Develops relationships with clients and responsible for independently completing client requests in a timely manner.
</li><li>May service small business accounts.
</li><li>Quotes new lines of business and remarkets the insurance program of existing clients.
</li><li>Assists team with the renewal process.
</li><li>Uses interactions with current clients to facilitate cross selling opportunities.
</li><li>Assists clients with coverage changes and able to answer coverage questions.
</li><li>Reviews a client&rsquo;s policy upon contact to ensure their policy is up-to-date.
</li><li>Identifies potential exposures and facilitates coverage review with client.
</li><li>May specialize in niche markets.
</li><li>Mentors new account managers or assistant account managers.
</li><li>Manages client activity within AMS360, ImageRight, and all other technologies for maximum efficiency and accurate documentation and follow-up.
</li><li>Other job duties as assigned.

</b></h4><h4 class="jobSectionHeader"><b><i>Education or Experience
</i></b></h4><ul><li>Previous experience with Commercial Insurance is preferred, but not required.
</li><li>High School diploma or equivalent required.
</li><li>Requires possession and maintenance of a Property and Casualty license.
</li><li>Must have a current driver license and an insurable driving record.
</li></ul><h4 class="jobSectionHeader"><b><i>Working Environment/Physical Activities
</i></b></h4><ul><li>General office work environment
</li><li>Requires the regular use of arms, hands, and fingers
</li><li>Frequently required to sit for extended periods of time, reach with arms and hands, stand, walk, stoop, talk, and hear
</li><li>May be required to lift and/or move up to 10 pounds
</li></ul><h4 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>HIPAA Compliance (If applicable)
</b></h4><p>This position may have access to Protected Health Information (PHI) and Electronic Protected Health Information (ePHI). Employee will be responsible for following guidelines of the HIPAA Confidentiality Agreement.
