Job OverviewSeeking a reliable warehouse shipping and receiving clerk to coordinate and process a variety of warehouse office functions.The ideal candidate is reliable, hard-working, team-oriented, and focused on delivering a high level of customer service.Responsibilities<ul><li>Obtain freight quotes and prepare bills of lading</li><li>Receive documents via e-mail from the main office and process for warehouse personnel</li><li>Process UPS shipments on UPS Worldship software</li><li>Process Day End paperwork</li><li>Data Entry into the company ERP system</li><li>Interact with customers on phone and via e-mail to provide shipping information and order status</li><li>Keep the shipping office clean, neat, and organized</li><li>Support warehouse manager as needed.</li></ul>Background/Required Experience<ul><li>High School Diploma or equivalent</li><li>Must have warehouse or warehouse office experience</li><li>Detailed-oriented</li><li>Ability to multi-task and efficiently prioritize requests</li><li>Good written and verbal skills</li><li>Customer service experience</li><li>Basic computer skills</li><li>Proficient in Microsoft Office Outlook</li><li>Self-motivated</li><li>Strong organizational skills</li><li>Proven work experience in an office setting (2 years)</li><li>ERP experience is a plus</li></ul>Work Environment<ul><li>Air-conditioned facility</li><li>Team-oriented</li><li>Face-paced</li><li>Growing company</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: From $16.00 per hourApplication Question(s):<ul><li>Why are you interested in this specific job?</li></ul>Education:<ul><li>High school or equivalent (Required)</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>office work: 2 years (Required)</li><li>warehouse: 1 year (Required)</li></ul>Ability to Commute:<ul><li>Thomasville, NC (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
