<div>Job Description:
We are currently seeking a Supply Chain or Industrial Engineering Intern for the Strategic Purchasing department located in our Dallas, TX office. This is a paid summer internship opportunity with housing provided if needed.
The intern will participate in the Contractor Management Application (CMA) implementation project. They will assist with integrating the newly inhouse IT built system and how it impacts vendor relationships, vendor tracking, KPI management and other functions to improve the overall Contractor Management process.
Responsibilities :
<ul><li>Manage the implementation of the CMA and provide a smooth transition to end users.
</li><li>Participate in testing, troubleshooting, enhancements, and other improvements for the CMA to provide users access, awareness, and compliance.
</li><li>Assist office and field operations teams, including the drilling and completions team, with other procurement/supply chain requirements.
</li><li>Gain an understanding of best practices in purchasing and strategic sourcing.
</li></ul>Required Degree Background:
<ul><li>Rising junior or senior pursuing an undergraduate degree in Supply Chain or Industrial. Engineering/Distribution.
</li><li>Minimum of 3.0 grade point average.
</li></ul>Required Skills/Knowledge:
<ul><li>Knowledge of Supply Chain, Engineering, Inventory Control, Business Process, SAP.
</li><li>Experience working in a technical environment and knowledge of IT systems.
</li><li>Willingness to interact consistently with stakeholders, end users and third parties.
</li></ul>Abilities/Behaviors:
<ul><li>Self-starter, proactive, and excellent work ethic.
</li><li>Exceptional creativity and the ability to think outside the box.
</li><li>Outgoing personality that thrives on communication and interactions.

Strategic Purchasing Intern - Summer 2026

We are currently seeking a Learning &amp; Development Intern to support our People Development &amp; Organizational Effectiveness department located in our Dallas, TX office. This is a paid summer internship opportunity with housing provided if needed.
Through this internship, you will gain hands-on experience in shaping employee growth and learning. As an intern, you'll play a key role in preparing curriculum materials, supporting course facilitation, managing administrative tasks, and working within our Learning Management System (LMS). This is a great opportunity to build skills in training coordination and talent development while contributing to impactful learning initiatives.
Responsibilities :
<ul><li>Assist in preparing curriculum materials for training programs
</li><li>Provide administrative support for course logistics and scheduling
</li><li>Help facilitate learning sessions and workshops
</li><li>Work within the Learning Management System (LMS) to manage course content and enrollment
</li><li>Coordinate with instructors and participants to ensure smooth course delivery
</li><li>Contribute to the continuous improvement of training processes and materials
</li></ul>Required Degree Background:
<ul><li>Rising junior or senior pursuing an undergraduate degree or master&rsquo;s in Education, Psychology, Communications, Human Resources, or a related field
</li><li>Minimum of 3.0 grade point average
</li></ul>Required Skills/Knowledge:
<ul><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
</li><li>Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) or ability to quickly learn
</li><li>Ability to manage digital files and course materials efficiently
