<div>About This Role:
The eCommerce Operations Manager drives online sales growth by overseeing business operations, developing promotions and pricing strategies, managing analytics, coordinating with internal teams, and leading the eCommerce marketing efforts.

Essential Job Functions/Tasks:
<ul><li>Leads the eCommerce marketing team, providing guidance and support to achieve marketing goals.</li>
<li>Manages the performance of staff, including staffing issues, individual goals, and objective setting, coaching, and mentoring, performance evaluations, compensation decisions and disciplinary action.</li>
<li>Oversees the eCommerce business, ensures growth and profitability.</li>
<li>Develops and executes promotions, pricing, and sales strategies to drive online sales.</li>
<li>Manages eCommerce store operations, including reporting and analytics to measure performance and identify opportunities for improvement,</li>
<li>Coordinates with internal departments such as marketing, fulfillment, and finance to ensure seamless operations and alignment with business objectives.</li>
<li>Leverages industry contacts and monitors market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead in the eCommerce space.</li>
<li>Oversees the implementation and optimization of digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media.</li>
<li>Identifies opportunities of growth and leads the analysis of customer behavior and feedback to enhance the online shopping experience.</li>
<li>Ensures the eCommerce platform is user-friendly, secure, and up to date with the latest technologies.</li>
<li>Collaborates with internal and external partners and vendors to enhance eCommerce capabilities.</li>
</ul>
Education/Training Required and Preferred:
<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in marketing, business, or 10 years equivalent education/experience.</li>
</ul>
Experience Required and Preferred:
<ul>
<li>Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in eCommerce and digital marketing required.</li>
<li>Minimum 3 years of experience in a supervisory role.</li>
</ul>

eCommerce Operations Manager

<div>Hunter Industries is seeking a Web Development Manager to lead the strategy and development of the Landscape Division's global websites. This role develops and maintains the technical vision and standards for the company&rsquo;s web ecosystem, primarily built on Drupal and integrated with marketing automation, analytics, and backend business systems. They ensure high performance, security, and accessibility while driving modern web practices and digital innovation in collaboration with marketing, product, and IT stakeholders.

Cool Things You Will Do:
<ul>
<li>Oversees the web development and design team and provides leadership and project management of all web related projects; is responsible for hiring, training, performance management, and other people leadership activities.</li>
<li>Leads development, maintenance, and optimization of global marketing websites using Drupal (7/10) and related frameworks.</li>
<li>Establishes and enforces coding standards, deployment pipelines, and governance for multi-site Drupal environments.</li>
<li>Manages all web-related projects including new site builds, migrations to new technology (e.g., Drupal 7 to Drupal 10), and ongoing proactive maintenance projects.</li>
<li>Collaborates with international marketing teams to support translation workflows and global content strategy.</li>
<li>Partners with domestic marketing teams to support product launch campaigns, national campaigns, regional campaigns, promotions, and lead-generation initiatives.</li>
<li>Works with other divisions and business units to align and support corporate web content strategies.</li>
<li>Collaborates with IT stakeholders to ensure proper global domain configurations, SSL certificates, and security standards are implemented and maintained.</li>
<li>Ensures websites meet defined uptime, performance, and reliability targets through proactive monitoring, maintenance, and vendor collaboration.</li>
<li>Guides implementation of component-based front-end development using modern frameworks (e.g., Twig templates within Drupal, Bootstrap, Vue).</li>
<li>Develops web solutions by formulating objectives; planning project life-cycle deliverables and resource availability and application; preparing installation and modification specifications; leading the exploration, evaluation, and design of technical solutions.</li>
<li>Oversees technical integrations between Drupal, CRM, analytics, DAM, and marketing automation platforms.</li>
<li>Mentors developers&rsquo; technical and non-technical skills as well as on best practices for PHP, HTML, CSS, SCSS, JavaScript, front-end frameworks, and security.</li>
<li>Accomplishes work requirements by orienting, training, assigning, scheduling, coaching employees; following production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards; identifying work process improvements.</li>
<li>Maintains and enhances web applications including Single Sign-On, Content Management Systems, Learning Management System, and in-house developed applications.</li>
<li>Utilizes web analytics to prioritize improvements to the Hunter and FXL websites.</li>
<li>Collects internal and external customer feedback to drive continuous improvement of all digital applications.</li>
<li>Research emerging technologies in web design and technologies, providing recommendations applicable to existing products and to the initiation of new programs.</li>
<li>Protects the Hunter brand image, integrity and consistency wherever it appears internally, publicly and electronically, maintaining a defined set of graphic standards.</li>
</ul>
Education/Training Required and Preferred:
<ul>
<li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Computer Science, Web Development, Information Technology, a related field, or a combination of education and relevant work experience.</li>
</ul>
Experience Required and Preferred:

<li>Minimum 8 years of experience in website development and design.</li>
<li>Minimum 3 years of supervisory experience.</li>
</ul>
What You Bring:
<ul>
<li>Expert knowledge of Drupal (7&ndash;10) architecture, site building, theming, and module development.</li>
<li>Strong proficiency in PHP, HTML5, CSS/SCSS, JavaScript, and front-end frameworks (e.g., Bootstrap, Vue).</li>
<li>Familiarity with Twig templating, Composer, and Drush for modern Drupal workflows.</li>
<li>Knowledge of multi-site and multilingual website management, including translation workflows and international content strategy.</li>
<li>Experience with web integrations connecting Drupal to CRMs, analytics, DAMs, and marketing automation systems.</li>
<li>Understanding of CI/CD pipelines, Git-based workflows, and deployment automation tools (e.g. Bitbucket or Github)</li>
<li>Knowledge of web hosting environments (Acquia preferred) and performance optimization techniques.</li>
<li>Strong understanding of security best practices, SSL management, and global domain configuration.</li>
<li>Experience with web accessibility (WCAG), SEO, analytic-driven optimization, and web analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Tag Manager, or similar) and performance monitoring tools.</li>
<li>Ability to plan, organize, and manage multiple concurrent web development projects from concept through deployment, applying Agile/Scrum project management methodologies.</li>
<li>Proven ability to establish and maintain coding standards and development processes.</li>
<li>Strong collaboration skills for working with marketing, IT, and cross-divisional stakeholders.</li>
<li>Ability to translate business and marketing objectives into scalable, maintainable technical solutions.</li>
<li>Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.</li>
<li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills across technical and non-technical audiences.</li>
