The successful candidate will ensure accurate and timely processing of invoices, maintain supplier records, and handle reconciliations.<ul><li>VAT - Matching online sales orders to receipts (stripe/paypal/bank/amazon) and ensuring vat, currency, etc., correctly accounted for</li><li>Operating automatic bank feed for various bank accounts</li><li>Sourcing verification paperwork for all payments and posting to accounts package</li><li>Storage of all paperwork online in a systematic and easily accessible format across all the companies and available to Management</li><li>Verifying supplier charges against sales to ensure margins maintained</li><li>Checking supplier invoices to ensure details are correct (name/address/tax number/etc.) - correcting if necessary and updating to accounts package</li><li>Arranging supplier payments and other payments</li><li>Following up on debtor accounts</li><li>Bank reconciliations</li><li>Checking international vat</li><li>Managing paperwork to provide to the External Accountants</li><li>Updating the daily sales number based on orders shipped</li></ul>Key Skills Required:<ul><li>Must be a qualified accountant or have a similar degree.</li><li>Experience 7+ years.</li><li>Familiarity with accounting software (Sage 50 &amp; Paperless add-on)</li><li>Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities</li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other reporting tools</li></ul>Working Hours - 20 hours per week Salary - 45,000/- INR per monthJob Type: Part-timePay: &#8377;45,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Paid time off</li><li>Work from home</li></ul>Application Question(s):<ul><li>Are you qualified Accountant?
