Summary: 
The QA Testing Analyst - Senior is responsible for the planning, integration, test casing, scripting and execution of all testing to ensure proper coverage, schedules and leads test deliverables review sessions as necessary, works on multiple projects/systems as a project team member and are considered to be a subject matter expert for a single project/system. These projects are of moderate to high complexity within one or more development environments.
Duties and Responsibilities:<ul><li>
Collaborate with the Business Systems Analysts and Development teams in the analysis and review of business objectives and requirements to ensure requirements are testable.</li><li>
Actively participate in the review of architectural and technical design specifications.</li><li>
Develop, document and maintain the test data, data validation, end to end testing flows.</li><li>
Conducts testing using HNB manual and/or automated test processes and reports results.</li><li>
May run database queries in order to supply data validation within test scripts.</li><li>
Updates test cases based upon approved change requests.</li><li>
Works with BSAs and Development teams on defect analysis and triage.</li><li>
Assigns defect severity and manages defects throughout the project.</li><li>
Works with colleagues and project managers to meet established target dates and completion of activities/deliverables under changing conditions.</li><li>
Creates test status reports per project guidelines.</li><li>
Creates test results and test summary deliverables to ensure production implementation readiness.</li><li>
Creates and facilitates review of the Test Strategy with the project team.</li><li>
Identifies any potential quality issues per defined processes and escalates potential quality issues immediately to management.</li><li>
Collects testing sign-off from all testing participants, including cross-impacted application teams.</li><li>
Ensures all aspects of testing, such as manual execution, regression, automation and performance testing, is completed.</li><li>
Collaborates with Project Test Lead on estimating the test efforts.</li><li>
Collaborates with the project team to support UAT efforts as needed.</li><li>
Maintains the regression test bed to meet changing requirements.</li><li>
Participates in off-hour production releases as needed.</li><li>
Supports the project&rsquo;s warranty period as needed.</li><li>
Works under moderate supervision with some latitude for independent judgement and problem solving.</li><li>
Provides mentorship to junior team members as needed.</li><li>
Understands and follows the project lifecycle methodology consistently.</li><li>
Performs other duties as assigned.</li></ul>
Basic Qualifications:<ul><li>
Bachelor's Degree</li><li>
3+ years of QA testing experience</li></ul>
Preferred Qualifications:<ul><li>
Negotiation skills with the ability to influence others by information/knowledge sharing</li><li>
Proficiency in using testing tools (ALM), in addition to in depth knowledge of common testing methods, terminology and industry best practices.</li><li>
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain system issues clearly and concisely to all levels of management, and establish effective working relationships with our internal customers</li><li>
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment</li><li>
Experience in an Agile-Scrum environment</li><li>
Knowledge of data structures, data management practices, various corporate security rules, legal and regulatory obligations such as PCI, SOX or similar standards</li><li>
Advanced knowledge of using software packages or tools for processing or displaying data</li></ul>

Summary:
The Project Delivery Analyst is responsible is responsible for delivering value as a Scrum Master, Data Quality Analyst, BSA, or Project Coordinator after their initial completion of the Elevate Program.
Duties and Responsibilities:
<ul><li>Work alongside an experienced member of the team to gain a better understanding of their role.</li><li>
Actively participate in team meetings, Agile ceremonies, and stakeholder meetings.</li><li>
Actively communicate with team members and team leadership.</li><li>
BSA Duties and Responsibilities:<ul><li>
Elicit requirements from stakeholders and create appropriate deliverables and documentation.</li><li>
Work with PM/PO to decompose Epics into Features and User Stories.</li><li>
Support the research and analysis of production support issues as needed.</li></ul></li><li>
Scrum Master Duties and Responsibilities:<ul><li>
Learn to apply Agile principles and values.</li><li>
Participate in and learn to facilitate Scrum ceremonies.</li><li>
Assist in grooming, prioritization, and maintenance of Sprint Backlogs.</li></ul></li><li>
Project Coordinator Duties and Responsibilities:<ul><li>
Provide project administration and delivery of initiatives.</li><li>
Aid in management of project risk and issue management, decisions, action items, and change requests.</li><li>
Assist with reporting, demand management, estimate gathering, continuous planning, and resource management efforts.</li></ul></li></ul><ul><li>
Data Quality Analyst Duties and Responsibilities:<ul><li>
Work with team to identify critical data elements, capture definitions, metadata, including domain values and reference data, publish business knowledge, and automate data lineage, database, and reporting systems.</li><li>
Support implementation of metadata including capture, storage and management of business, technical and operational metadata.</li><li>
Perform data discovery, profiling, and root cause analysis on high priority data assets.</li></ul></li><li>
Perform other duties and projects as assigned.</li></ul>
Basic Qualifications:
<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s Degree</li><li>
0 to 2 years of experience in an analysis, project coordinator, or scrum master role or transferrable skills through coursework, internships, or work experience in lieu of participation in the Elevate Program.</li></ul>
Preferred Qualifications:
<ul><li>Basic understanding of Waterfall or Agile delivery through coursework, internships, or work experience.</li><li>
Technical writing capabilities with strong attention to detail.</li><li>
Business and Technology aptitude with the ability to learn the processes, procedures, technologies, and platforms associated with their role.</li><li>
Ability to communicate effectively and confidently with team members and colleagues.</li><li>
Highly motivated with good organizational, analytical, decision making, and problem-solving skills.</li><li>
Strong written and verbal communication and active listening skills.</li><li>
Ability to create and deliver presentations.</li><li>
Ability to build credibility and strong partnerships while working collaboratively within their team and segment.</li><li>
Ability to effectively handle multiple tasks and execute in a high-pressure environment.</li><li>
