 What You'll Do

 Process payments and prepare accurate guest invoices.

 Keep the front desk organized, clean, and safe.

 Serve as the go-to expert for hotel amenities and local hotspots.

 Recommend top dining, entertainment, and shopping options nearby.
 </li>

 Manage guest communications, including mail and messages, with discretion.
 </li>

 Coordinate transportation arrangements like a pro.

 Answer calls promptly with a friendly, professional demeanor.
