This position is open in a hybrid capacity in our Denver, Kansas City, or St. Louis offices. This position will work a minimum of 3 days in office, and will also be required to be onsite for summer events and local law school events as necessary.

The Legal Recruiting Coordinator is an entry-level role supporting the day-to-day operations of the Legal Recruiting team. This position is ideal for someone who is highly organized, detail oriented, and eager to learn about legal recruiting in a collaborative, fast paced environment. The coordinator will provide administrative and logistical support across multiple recruiting initiatives and offices, working closely with recruiting managers and specialists on the Summer Program &amp; Law Firm Recruiting. Essential functions include:
<ul>
<li>Coordinate scheduling of interviews with law students and attorneys, including candidate travel as needed.</li>
<li>Enter candidate materials into the applicant tracking system and update the database regularly.</li>
<li>Maintain data, ensuring accuracy and consistency in firm&rsquo;s applicant tracking system.</li>
<li>Provide reporting and analysis on recruiting data as needed.</li>
<li>Draft offer letters.</li>
<li>Run candidate background checks.</li>
<li>Assist with recruiting, diversity, and retention projects and initiatives as requested by the Managing Director - Growth or Director of Legal Recruiting.</li>
<li>Attend weekly recruiting team meetings; take notes as necessary.</li>
<li>Support firm-wide programming for the summer associate program, including orientation, PD sessions, and the summer associate retreat.</li>
<li>Support planning of summer associate events for local offices.</li>
<li>Assist with the coordination, submission, and tracking of department surveys.</li>
<li>Assist with completion of annual NALP Directory of Legal Employers survey.</li>
<li>Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruiting records and files.</li>
<li>Assist and support the Lateral Recruiting Specialist as needed.</li>
<li>Assist and support the student recruiting team as needed</li>
<li>Other special projects as assigned.</li></ul> 


POSITION REQUIREMENTS
<ul>
<li>High School Diploma or GED required; 2-year degree preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience</li>
<li>Experience working at a law firm preferred but not required.</li>
<li>1+ years of professional or relevant internship experience</li>
<li>Strong organizational skills and attention to detail</li>
<li>Professional written and verbal communication skills</li>
<li>Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines with guidance</li>
<li>Comfortable working in a collaborative, team oriented environment</li>
<li>Interest in recruiting, talent acquisition, or professional services a plus</li>
<li>Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and related tools preferred</li>

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS

Employees are entitled to compensation commensurate with skill and experience. The exact compensation will vary based on skills, experience, location, and other factors permitted by law. The expected compensation ranges for this position in the State of Colorado is $42,000 - $75,000.

This salary range does not include a discretionary bonus, however bonus opportunities are non-guaranteed, and are dependent upon individual and firm performance. The Lead Electronic Billing Specialist assists the Billing Managers with the coordination of day-to-day activities of Electronic Billing workflow within the Billing department. Essential job functions include:

<li>Coordinate and audit electronic invoice submissions of the billing team.</li>
<li>Ensure all e-billing procedures are being followed in an accurate and timely manner.</li>
<li>Provide excellent customer service to internal and external customers; escalate any potential service delivery issues to the manager.</li>
<li>Document and maintain e-billing vendor instructions and templates.</li>
<li>Responsible for generating and reviewing monthly reports surrounding e-billing items to administer deadlines and maintain data that may require continuous follow up.</li>
<li>Mentoring assigned Billing Specialists:
<ul><li>Guidance with electronic billing setups in 3E Matter Maintenance, eBillingHub, and third party electronic billing vendor websites</li>
<li>Assistance with resolving invoice rejections and reductions</li>
</ul></li><li>Maintain electronic billing application; monitor outstanding and rejected electronically billed invoices:
<ul><li>Assist receivable team with appropriate reports and work with group to ensure timely response in resolution of short paid electronic invoices.</li>
<li>Responsible for assisting with new client electronic billing setups.</li>
</ul></li><li>Client Billing. Assist with initiating and implementing of all aspects of the monthly client billing process including:
<ul><li>Maintain telephone and personal contact with clients, attorneys and staff on billing matters</li>
<li>Modify time and cost entries as directed</li>
<li>Compile necessary back-up documentation per client billing guidelines</li>
<li>Acquire and maintain proper approval documentation</li>
<li>Print/mail or electronically submit client invoices.</li>
</ul></li><li>Utilize computerized accounting and billing software applications.</li>
<li>Maintain contact with attorneys, staff, and clients and observes confidentiality of client and firm matters.</li>

Position Requirements

<li>Perform daily accounts payable processing, including vouchers, checks, and uploads from ancillary financial systems.</li>

<li>Process and disburse rush and exception payments as required.</li>
<li>Process trust disbursements in accordance with Accounts Payable Department guidelines.</li>

POSITION REQUIREMENTS
