Job description:URGENT VACANCY- Female onlyJob Summary:We are looking for an enthusiastic and versatile Event Management Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in tele-calling, marketing, sales, and event coordination, with strong skills in social media engagement, influencing, and content creation (including vlogging). This role requires a dynamic personality who can connect with people, promote events, and contribute creatively to our brand presence.Key Responsibilities:&#9989; Tele-Calling &amp; Client Outreach<ul><li>Make outbound calls to potential clients, sponsors, vendors, and event participants.</li><li>Generate leads and follow up on inquiries.</li><li>Maintain and update contact databases.</li></ul>&#9989; Marketing &amp; Sales<ul><li>Develop and execute marketing strategies for promoting events and services.</li><li>Identify and pursue new sales opportunities.</li><li>Prepare and deliver sales presentations to clients and sponsors.</li><li>Achieve sales targets and contribute to revenue growth.</li></ul>&#9989; Event Coordination<ul><li>Plan and organize event logistics from start to finish.</li><li>Liaise with vendors, venues, suppliers, and internal teams.</li><li>Coordinate on-site event activities and ensure smooth operations.</li><li>Handle post-event follow-up and reporting.</li></ul>&#9989; Social Media Management, Influencing &amp; Vlogging<ul><li>Create engaging content for social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.).</li><li>Film, edit, and publish vlogs showcasing events, behind-the-scenes activities, or promotional content.</li><li>Grow followers and increase engagement through creative campaigns.</li><li>Monitor trends in social media and suggest innovative ideas to enhance brand visibility.</li></ul>Required Skills &amp; Qualifications:<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Event Management, Marketing, Mass Communication, Business, or related field.</li><li>1-3 years of experience in event management, marketing, sales, or related roles.</li><li>Confident communication and presentation skills.</li><li>Strong tele-calling and customer engagement abilities.</li><li>Creative content creation skills, including vlogging and social media storytelling.</li><li>Good organizational and multitasking skills.</li><li>Comfortable working flexible hours, including evenings or weekends during events.</li></ul>Benefits:<ul><li>Competitive salary and performance incentives.</li><li>Opportunity to work on diverse and exciting events.</li><li>Dynamic work environment with creative freedom.</li><li>Professional development and growth opportunities.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timeJob Type: Full-time
