Salary Range: $80,000 - $90,000

Summary of Role: Responsible for the management of maintenance and facilities projects and to help maintain a world class appearance of the Husky Milton campus. Identify and execute business transformation and continuous improvement initiatives in support of corporate maintenance and facilities management strategies.

Key Responsibilities:
<ul>
<li>Plan, prioritize, schedule, and manage maintenance and facilities projects (i.e., capital installations, shutdowns, emergency rebuild repairs, Internal Maintenance Efficiency projects, etc.) to rectify breakdowns and malfunctions and minimize business disruptions.</li>
<li>Develop and implement repair and maintenance procedures (LOTO, Work Instructions, ect.) to be utilized by the maintenance teams and contractors.</li>
<li>Research, evaluate, and recommend new maintenance and facilities equipment and tools to enhance the capabilities of the teams.</li>
<li>Evaluate, select, and manage relationships with external contractors (for example builders, electricians) to minimize costs and ensure the organization receives satisfactory standards of service.</li>
<li>Liaise with functional or operational area managers throughout the organization to coordinate scheduled activities with their areas.</li>
<li>Estimate the cost, time, and resources required for projects; prepare work orders and monitor the progress of work against estimates.</li>
<li>Create and propose investment strategies and submit capital justifications as needed.</li>
<li>Participate (and lead) contract negotiations with all related facilities topics (e.g. waste removal).</li>
<li>Responsible for all projects and work related to the building to include recommendations, implementation and follow up/execution. Key contributor in facilities related decisions.</li>
<li>Main contact for interior design, engineering, architectural design and construction management services.</li>

Qualifications:

The successful candidate will perform all activities required to provide technical support to external/internal customers; set up, maintain, troubleshoot, optimize and repair injection molding systems. They will provide guidance and work with other team member on tasks. In this role you will also act as a mentor, take charge and guide other team members.

Key responsibilities and accountabilities include:

<li>Troubleshoot and make corrections as required to all control systems including hydraulic system, mechanical system, pneumatic system, electrical and electronic system and the programmable controls

</li><li>Provide system setup and startup support for all Husky equipment
 
</li><li>Develop an organized approach to solving machine problems by use of all available reference materials including manuals, drawings, procedures, etc
 
</li><li>Repair and/or replace any component on machine, robot, product handling equipment and mold as required
 
</li><li>Develop and maintain superior customer relations
 
</li><li>Co-ordinate and liaise with internal resources to ensure effective customer service

</li><li>Must communicate with Call Center/SIF Team/Spare Parts Centers to get answers to problems encountered in the field

Technical skills and abilities:

Job Description

Develop IIoT systems, ensuring seamless integration and functionality within the Advantage+Elite monitoring system. Oversee the installation of prototype IIoT devices and networks in industrial settings to ensure system compatibility and efficiency in data collection and processing.

Key Responsibilities
<ul><li> Designing, developing, and implementing IoT devices and systems with software and network interfaces using .NET and Azure.</li></ul>

The North America OEM Spare Parts Customer Service team, also known as the NA OD Desk team, serves as the main contact for Husky's original equipment manufacturer spare parts. The NA OD desk team exemplifies the service outlined in the OEM mission statement and demonstrates their unwavering commitment to our customers. The role of the OD desk agent requires close collaboration with customers to ensure the accuracy of ordered parts and to provide exceptional customer service, which is crucial for maintaining a long-lasting and successful partnership.
RESPONSIBILITIES:<ul>
<li>Customer-oriented, building long-term solid customer relationships demonstrating empathy, patience, adaptability, and proactivity. And anticipate customer needs.</li>
<li>Assisting customers over the phone and via emails with inquiries related to spare parts sales including identifying required part numbers, alternative components, available accessories, inventory availability and lead times.</li>
<li>The primary contact for customers. Communicates with staff from different departments, such as project engineers, warehouse, and logistics, to ensure the status of orders and resolve any customer inquiries.</li>
<li>Ability to multitask and use multiple systems to assist customers with spare parts sales and inquiries over the phone and via email. This includes identifying required part numbers, alternative components, available accessories, inventory availability, lead times, and product documentation.</li>
<li>A change agent that demonstrates a willingness to learn and improve processes. Provide proactive updates about processes, policies, and best practices for the customers.</li>
<li>Participate in ongoing continuous process improvement; find, develop, and implement.</li>
<li>Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Husky Machine and Mold technology.</li>
<li>Support the monitoring of the team dashboards and daily and weekly team activities to control backlog.</li>
<li>Provide global support based on prevailing business initiatives on the quote/order process.</li></ul>
QUALIFICATIONS:<ul>
<li>Post Secondary Education (College Diploma or University Degree) preferred or 3-5 years of relevant experience.</li>
<li>Previous experience in customer support via phone and email</li>

A CSM Key Account Manager manages a customer at the global or corporate level. They will manage and support key CSM customers who have a strategic importance to Husky&rsquo;s business and future growth.
The Key Account Manager is responsible to increase Husky&rsquo;s CSM share of wallet year over year. The Key Account Manager needs to develop a CSM account strategy for each of their key accounts and meet or exceed their financial targets. Relationships and business development plans must be established at the corporate and plant level, depending on the customer&rsquo;s decision-making process. This role is also responsible to ensure the Husky corporate image (brand) is well known and respected over competitors. The Key Account Manager must possess a very in-depth understanding of their global market and to establish and maintain very strong high-level relationships with their accounts. This role will partner with Rigid Key Account Managers handling similar accounts as well as other CSM staff that are calling on or servicing the accounts&rsquo; regional offices or accounts that are suppliers to the key account.
Key Responsibilities: 
<ul>
<li>Essential responsibilities/accountabilities, areas of focus, functions fundamental to the job.</li>
<li>Develop and execute a strategy for their accounts that includes:</li></ul><ul>
<li>Detailed understanding of machine fleet and maintenance needs.</li>
<li>Expanding Husky spare parts spend and share of wallet</li>
<li>Creating a refurbishment program plan and securing committed annual spend to maintain equipment at a high operational standard.</li>
<li>Ensure account understands spare parts programs that may align with their spending goals and equipment needs.</li>
<li>Be aware of and recommend relevant upgrades/modernization products as well as partner with Rigid team members to be aware of machines nearing end of life and thus requiring an asset renewal proposal.</li>
<li>Be aware of Advantage+ contract penetration at key accounts and ensure that customer is satisfied with its service team. This role will own the renewal of existing contracts as well as expanding sales to all machines if other CSM BMs are not already handling those sites.</li>
<li>Ensuring best practices, success stories and lessons learned are communicated to others within the organization.</li>
<li>Leading the budget process of establishing CSM revenue for the key account and aligning with Rigid Sales key accounts.</li>
<li>Communicating key account&rsquo;s investment strategies and how Husky can potentially maximize share of wallet.</li>
<li>Support customer service issue resolution</li></ul>
Present his/her strategy to CSM Leadership team and keep them and other team members up to date with progress, issues and developments with the growth plan.
Build a deep understanding of their customer&rsquo;s business mandates relating to Husky solutions, products and services.
Be aware of competitors offering and activities in their global market and be aware of all parts and services purchased from third parties.
Awareness of all mergers and buy-outs related to his or her account globally, align strategy as needed and communicate the impact of the change to other team members.
Identify and communicate future growth opportunities (emerging markets) to recommend change to Husky CSM structure and resources as needed
Identify strengths and weaknesses of Husky&rsquo;s products and services relative to market requirements and competition.
Provide regular market feedback to CSM Leadership in the interest of supporting development projects.
Identify potential risks and anticipate points of resistance associated with growth plan and develop and facilitate resolution.
