Husky TechnologiesTM United States manufacturing facility is located in Milton, Vermont on a large, beautiful campus located just 30 minutes north of downtown Burlington, Vermont. Hours: Monday - Friday, 7:45AM to 4:30PM</p><p>
Salary Range: $23 - $26 per hour</p><div>
<div><div><div><p><b>Key Responsibilities:</b></p>
<ul><li>Provide Business Center coverage from 7:45AM- 4:30PM daily and as required for large customer/supplier visits<br>
</li><li>Receive and sign-in all visitors and direct to appropriate personnel</li>
<li>Answer switchboard and ensure calls are directed appropriately in a timely manner<br>
</li><li>Prepare, distribute and collect visitor badges<br>
</li><li>Collect, sort, and deliver all internal and external mail</li>
<li>Administrative support of new hire process, including uniforms, lockers and other areas as specified</li>
<li>Scanning project materials</li>
<li>Providing drawings to customers</li>
<li>Printing and preparing production orders and manuals</li>
<li>Provide administrative business functions as directed</li><br>

<div><b>Qualifications:</b></div>
<ul><li>Excellent communication skills to include professional email and phone etiquette, clear written and verbal communication with the ability to handle inquiries and relay messages promptly.</li>
<li>Excellent interpersonal skills to include a positive attitude and strong teamwork</li>
<li>Demonstrated ability to multitask and stay organized</li>
<li>Strong attention to detail</li>
<li>Proficiency in and a solid working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)</li>
<li>Previous administrative support experience strongly preferred</li>
